Weird Moss winning for Top of the Lake. I watched one episode and couldn't get into it. Also hated that they cast an American in the role. May have to give it a second chance. I haven't seen AHS Coven but loved Jessica L. in season one and two. That Moss could be judged better than Lange is crazy.

PS... wish they would quit bleeping people.

LOVE Elizabeth's Moss's dress!

Best joke so far . . . In Gravity, George Clooney proved he would rather float away and die then spend another second with a woman his own age!

Love you Matt Damon! Love that Candalabra won an award!

I had a hard time with Top of the Lake too. I gave up early as well. Such unlikeable characters.

I think Bissett just never imagined in a million years that she would win and was totally unprepared - AND mostly likely had already had more then one glass of wine.

THIS is WHY I LOVE the Golden Globes! Another glass of wine anyone?

Jezz - Behind the Candellabra isn't so much a great movie as just great to watch for good acting. I watched it more then once and was continuously amazed at the acting.

I agree, Kappy. I do love the loose atmosphere of the GG's.

That actually makes a lot of sense Kappy.

Ok, Paula Patton's dress looks really awkward. Did she not try to walk in it before the show?

Wow - I have to agree with the hosts and Jezz that this is an incredible year for the caliber of actors that are nominated. WHO do you vote for?!

Yes - BRIAN CRANSTON wins for playing Walter!

I've never seen any of the shows nominated except for the final episode of Breaking Bad.

I love the effect channels like HBO, AMC, Showtime, Netflix, etc. are having on TV. Programs are becoming more intelligent; the quality is increasing every year; and it's creating opportunities for talented actors and actresses to dig deep and turn in gritty, thought provoking performances.

Happy for Breaking Bad but was secretly rooting for House of Cards.
