Oh yes, I knew from last year he has two seasons, so I figured his fall start may have been announced already. I'll keep an eye out for the exact date.
I'm also addicted to Chris Hardwick's "The Nerdist" tv show (not podcast), so I am anxiously waiting for that to come back, too.

First epi of Broadchurch was very good & very unsettling. I'm avoiding reading about it though I did hear an NPR interview w/Tennant on Saturday morning.

Keep an eye on Broadchurch... the scheduling is driving me insane. Timed in episode 1 to record weekly only to discover (too late) that #2 was on the next day, not week. Watched it online (hate doing that) then found it repeated on tv, same day as episode 3 aired and now #4 is tonight. Now that I am caught up it seems to be airing every Sunday and Monday? So will be over in next 2 weeks (only 8 episodes I believe?).

What!??! I thought it was just one episode every Wednesday!?? Are you sure you're not finding copies of the UK airings?
bbcamerica.com has Episode 2 on this coming Wednesday too, and no mention of other episodes having aired here.

Here (Toronto) it is playing Sundays and Mondays on Showcase (or you can watch it online at showcase.ca - first 3 episodes are online now and #4 will probably be up as soon as it finishing airing on TV - it's on right now).

As far as I can tell, BBCAmerica is showing it on Wednesdays, one episode a week for eight weeks.
This is going to get complicated in the discussion!

I am loving Broadchurch! I love how you have all these suspects. I have to admit that I saw who the killer was on another site but it hasn't taken away at all from the story for me.

Want to say that I was a bit disappointed with the finale of Broadchurch but not at all as far as quality goes so take the word disappointed with a grain of salt. Part of the fun is trying to put the clues together but as it turned out the viewer would never be able to determine who it was except for (perhaps) dumb luck. Awesome story telling, can't wait until season 2 but we have to wait at least a year since I understand production won't even begin until next summer. They haven't even said who (if anyone) will be returning.

Rissa, I agree with you about the ending of Broadchurch. Since I knew ahead of time who the killer actually was, it was different watching it and watching how everyone else was suspicious except him. (I don't want to spoil it for someone who hasn't seen the ending yet.) They did kind of let some clues out on the last episode but the quality was still topnotch and I cannot wait to see what they do on the next go-round.
