I didn't like the end of NCIS: LA. It's a lot like the end of Mentalist last year...they're in a corner with what they had Callen do...it'll take some serious suspension of disbelief to resolve this one.
NCIS was a strange one. Would rather not have had a cliffhanger, but oh, well. We'll see how they clean it up next fall. Hope they don't eff with the cast and chemistry.

NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO NOT DUCKY!
Just finished watching, finally. That was my reaction, then I read Ducky - as he will alwasy be to me - had renewed his contract. Whew!
My hubby thinks it is McGee that was killed - my 2nd favorite character - but we are both hoping it was JLC.
Our pupdog Herky almost was Ducky. Then I remembered that the actor that plays Alan Harper is referred to as Ducky alot. No friggen way!

Ziva, DiNozzo, McGee & Director Vance have all renewed their contracts. And Ducky has already renewed several months ago.

That's funny because Troian Bellasario played McGee's sister on the show for a few episodes...I didn't know there was a real family connection...

Both Mark/ Gibbs and Ziva are on a different contract cycle than the others and had at least one more year on it. So there is no doubt they are back

I really don't care a lot for longish story arcs. Just give me an old-time rock 'em- sock 'em-all-solved-in-one-hour story and I'm a happy camper.

The way I understood it, she was an undercover agent for the CIA and she quit the agency when they got married. That's why Sam was so upset with the CIA guy he almost drowned. The CIA guy wanted to bring her back to work for them.

Yep! She's not a hit woman, but undercover CIA. Callen said they fell in love on an assignment.
They have never explored Sam's wife other than very few tidbits here and there.
