52. I will go with USA. Probably USA because of geographic size, but maybe also Canada for same reason, or maybe even India for same reason. The answer might also depend on what year the question was written. We have probably 20-50 in my smallish town of 100,000, almost all of which have been installed in the past twenty years or so. Rats, I almost said shortbread, but the oats threw me. In fact I think that answer is probably wrong. I'll go look it up. I am back. I looked at 6-8 shortbread recipes at random. NONE of them contained oats. I am no cook, but I was pretty darn sure shortbread has no oats.
