41. It is blood pudding, made from blood. We were staying one night in a B&B in England where the hosts put on a very elaborate breakfast. It clearly stated on their website that Black Pudding had to be requested the night before, and we did not request if, but the wife/owner/cook clarified SEVERAL times that if we wanted Black Pudding we had to say so RIGHT NOW when we were checking in. I would probably rather starve than eat blood pudding, so it was not a problem.
