For the first time, the judges top two was my top two and Rami should have been third, can’t believe he was in the bottom. Or Fabio.

Kudos to Brittany on her recovery and moving on. What a scary thing to happen at any age but especially when you're young and on an airplane to boot!! I figured her and Kara for top three.
I loved Fabio's piece as well and most of the 'safe' ones too.
Hester? All I could think of was '70's go go dancers when her model came out. I found her exhausting in her need to continually discuss her identity but than that could be due to editing as well. When she came out in the shirt with the bikini on it, all I could think of was why does Nina not discuss her complete lack of styling as she has with others in the past?
How many times have we all commented that the judging didn't make sense in a particular week? Korto knows this. She should have aimed her anger at the judges, not Anna. In the end, the right person won and the right person went home. Thank you Kara Saun for being there and for saying what needed to be said.

The right person went home and I thought the rest of the designers were petty for complaining about Anna. She did what she did, within her esthetic which oh, wait a minute, was unique. I admired Bishme, he went within himself and acknowledged that Anna was true to her self.

This week's episode was really uncomfortable for me to watch. I don't remember Korto being so disagreeable... I didn't like the way she attacked Anna... not Anna's fault she was in the top... AND her remark at the end of the episode when she said that the episode was going to have repercussions for the rest of the year...
I really have to praise Bishme for rising above the mob mentality and acknowledging that Anna's look was representative to her brand.
My heart was crushed for Fabio... he was so excited to get some feedback from Lena Waite and his looked ended up in the bottom... and what REALLY peeved me was his look was on point with HIS brand!!!! So what up judges!!!???!!! GRRRR

I liked the winners design. Anna did the same pant she did last time. DD was her model both times she made the pant so not much work went in to it.I’m not sure DD is the best model for a fitted pant. Anna needs to go.

Yes they did. Frederick's still has a website. They don't have the vast selection they used to have. But there is still Trashy Lingerie on La Cienega lol

Kara Saun's was good and yes, she won. I loved Rami's and was glad he came in second. I was about to type Korto went home but it was only in my dreams. Fabio went home this week.

I was so surprised Brits wasn't in top the top. I much preferred hers over Prajje.
As soon as I saw Kara Sauns design walk out, I said, she won. I didn't even need to see the rest.
Actually Rami's was so beautiful too. I really loved it.
Thank the lord Christian talked Anna out of the "bloody nipple" hanging thingies lol what the heck?
I knew that Bishme's shoulders (I call them mickey mouse ears) were going to work against him. In fact, they said were it not for those shoulders, he would have been in the top
Laurence's was so expertly tailored. But missed the mark a bit in concept.
Both Korto and Fabio fell short. It was clear they were going to be in the bottom two. I was rooting for Fabio though. Initially I had thought that Fabio constructed the flowers on his fabric, and I thought that alone might save him. But then I found it was the fabric each designer was allowed to bring from home. I wondered why he wasted such a beautiful fabric on this challenge. Sorry to see him go
I was surprised Kortos bra top was so poorly executed and that the skirt, while beautiful, had little to do with the competition. I'm kinda over her attitude. I'm ready to see her pack up her workspace.

Agree about Anna's nipples. That would have been a disaster. And the exaggerated shoulders just seemed out of place for this challenge.
I wonder about the timing.. Some event that took both Nina and Christian away.

I didnt agree with a lot of the judging this week. I thought the clear winner was Rami. I think Korto should have gone home.

I didn't like the dress that won, I thought it was the worst of the batch so clearly I have no taste, LOL, according to the judges.
I don't know maybe it would look better in person and showed a lot of work but it just looked kind of dumpy to me, IMO.
I too thought Korto could have gone but the judges are sort of predictable that Fabio had been on the bottom so he was the one they would send out.
Rami's outfit was fabulous, he should have won.

I believe the judges are just phoning it in this year and don't really want to be there. They just want the paycheck.
And I think Korto knows it and this is where her frustration is coming from. In one of the first episodes she mentioned how friendly the judges are to the newer designers compared to the ones who were on over 10 years ago.
The judges are biased. In what others season would a designer get away with making the same dress twice and not be called out on it, and instead is praised and almost wins?
I miss Zac Posen as a judge.

Agree, since when on a show that has x many episodes does Nina Garcia not show up to judge When, ever did the designer's mentor not show up to to the farewell and escort to out. As a rule, I think Siriano is a good mentor, he tells them very clearly when a judge will kill their outfit. No hedging.
Another thing that bothered me was Siriano leering at the male models, and saying how he loved model week. He was openly leering at the models. I just thought imagine, if it was a man making those comments and leering at female models. He would have been fired.
