Thank Goodness, they did say it was over until the summer, so maybe they have some more shows ready to go.
I was very disappointed that the season ended and Will wasn't even in the US!!! At they could have gotten him home before they ended the season, very annoying to me!

The previews said something like...in future coming summer shows. So I"m expecting to see new ones off and on over the summer.

Looks like precious is having surgery.
Jen tweeted:
"In Delaware! Will needs surgery so please keep him in your thoughts this week!"
And this from an interview with Bill:
"ADRIAN: With Father’s Day coming up, do you feel like you still need a gift? I plan on locking myself in a bathroom with a good book, how do you plan on spending it?
BILL: I’ve never been a gift guy. I like giving gifts to my wife to get her reaction. And now with Will, I have double the fun and can spoil both of them. If there’s anything I want for Father’s Day, it’s a safe return from our upcoming doctor’s appointments.
We have a few procedures that will be done this month and I have become the nervous dad. If we are lucky, Will gets discharged with a clean bill of health on Father’s Day and we are on a plane home that evening."

We don't really know for sure, she hasn't said in any of her tweets, just glad it went okay and he looks good already.

I'm sure something to do with his skeletal dysplasia / dwarfism.
They took him to Delaware, which I think is where both Jen and Bill had surgeries as children and they have a program, though Jen's surgeon passed away awhile back.
