I couldn't imagine they wanted her on board anymore.

I'm sure it is because Jim insisted she remain home and spend more time with the family. Wink, Wink

Yes, I was also thinking "What is the evil eye?" The only thing I could think of it being was eye-rolling. Brooks just acted stupidly about it. What's the big deal with eye-rolling? I think Brooks is just looking for any more ways to insert himself into the picture, wanting to be noticed and seen on camera.

I thought it was ridiculous that, one by one, others came over when Jim and Terry were talking. But, of course, they were directed to do so, I'm sure.

And that nut job, Sara is it? Who in their right mind would do that? Well, I guess I just answered that.

wait - you guys never heard of the "evil eye curse" ?? Seriously? You had woeful childhoods my friends! Maybe its more in the Italian culture that believe in the evil eye curse! (One of my favorite scenes in Moonstruck with Cher - ok, most every scene in that movie is my favorite)

and as i stated above - it was a childish game - like the pre bullying crowd, innocent, not too mean - but oh boy if you gave someone the evil eye, and then monitored their "bad luck" eesh (like if their pencil lead broke - it was because so and so gave you the evil eye...)
childish.

And that speaks volumes of Brooks -

as well as the yelling from Tamra. She should've just gotten up and walked away - maybe talked to Vicki's dd right away to ensue some paranoia!

and I think everyone should send Vicki an "eye" protector! (I forget what they are called, but you find them everywhere in Tourist places, Mexico etc have quite the array of protection from the "evil eye"

Tamra and Gretchen made a point that Brooks uses terms like evil eye and affirmations, used in previous seasons. Has he studied the show?

good point frogichik - and they did "meet" online - and he just happened to be at a bar when they went on one of their "girls weekends" (but Vicki doesnt want anyone talking about that because she did not "cheat" on Don. Her dd brought up that it was emotional cheating with Brooks)

But for now, he is making some "good tv" story line from the producers point of view. For me, its becoming sad. Because of the spotlight of tv (and their income/pay) they know they have to have a good storyline - and since the other HW we've seen some of them "not asked back" and "new housewives" take over (namely New York, as I think a lot of them voluntarily dont re sign up)

I may not care for Alexis and her husband but I totally get why he doesn't want to be on camera or involved in any way with this program. All they do is set people up all the time for confrontations.

Jim gives me a super-creepy vibe. He appears to be very controlling of not only her, but wants be in control of the people around them. I can't believe I'm saying this either, but I am starting to like Tamra. Never in a million years did I think I would like her. She's so much more fun and relaxed acting without being attached at the hip Vicki. Vicki looks worse than I've ever seen her look and it probably has to do with the stress of her divorce and this new relationship with Brooks. He certainly seemed like a major pot-stirrer the other night. I agree with everyone regarding his "evil eye" comment. I've never heard a grown man carry on that way and the comment itself, was ridiculous. I'd love to know all the details on his moving out there and leaving his kids, having no job, and using everything "Vicki's" in his "new life." I can't believe she is taking his side over her own kids and her long-time friends. It smacks of desperation to be in a relationship to me.

I'm not so sure if it's the group setting people up for confrontation or Bravo.

I thought they had known each other 4 or 5 years through business and those conventions she goes to?

Vicki has said in her blogs that her skin has been having issues and they are filming in HD which doesn't help. She is VERY self-conscious about it.

I'm not so sure if it's the group setting people up for confrontation or Bravo.

I think it's an unspoken thing that drama brings ratings and everyone gets it.

Also we always say "Bravo", but it's the production company like Shed Media that is on site and does the filming. Then they sell the footage to Bravo who edits it together.

On the last show I thought the only person being real was Jim. I am not a fan of his but I did feel it was an ambush especially when he'd said he'd rather not discuss it at a party and Heather sat down, then Tamra joined to throw gas on the small fire.

Vicki is a very hypocritical person. I still like her because she comes across as real to me. I don't want to watch people "acting" that's why I like reality tv!! But I don't see her stirring up crap just to be upset. I think Vicki has a very short fuse in general. At least when she's pissed or upset I feel it's real emotion. Tamra says she's looking out for Vicki but she's getting mean about it and how Tamra treats Alexis is just ugly. I think her friendship with Gretchen is strictly because they both are smart and realize together they can make money off their popularity on the show. Sell products etc. I don't blame them.

I miss Don. He was fav =) I do like Terry and Heather. I don't think Heather wants to be mean, like when she lost her temper she was truly pissed about the cake. Whereas each show lately Tamra is crying, no tears, but she's so broken up. Ugh...I hate fake crying!!

What was funny was not only was Sarah considered an "uninvited guest" (actually Bravo made her go - which is why she was wired up with a microphone), but evidently Sarah invited a friend. That is pretty classless to invite someone to a party without asking the hostess first.

On Brooks I recall him being friends with Jim. That's probably why Alexis and Vicki are so close now. Alexis has said their friendship is genuine. Back to Brooks, he could be a nice man that's down and out or he could be an opportunist. I hope that what Tamra said about Brook's being on Vicki's bank account isn't true and considering the source and Vicki's statements that no one is on her accounts I'm not believing it's true just because Tamra said it.

On the evil eye, he's southern, could be an expression he saw on the show and thought that it was term we use. Who knows. Tamra has definitely given plenty of evil eyeish looks to folks so she very well could have. I think Brooks was a bit tipsy and addressed it when if hadn't been drinking he likely wouldn't have. Tamra is definitely dragging his name through the mud and airing his problems on the show so it's not like the guy can possibly like her. I wouldn't if in his shoes.

Brooks should have shut his mouth instead of starting the whole "evil eye" crap. So WHAT if Tamra rolled her eyes or whatever? He could have let her enjoy herself and have told her after they left. Besides, it was stupid to make such a big deal out of toasting Alexis, but it appeared everyone was having a fairly good time before he started his crap.
Jim acted like a gigantic asshat, leaving Alexis and intending to drive home and leave her there without so much as telling her. Oh, and what was his comment pretty much when he first arrived... "who wears the pants?" I'd kick him right in his nads

Vicki was FAR too out of control when Tamra ran after her when she and Brooks were leaving. She's totally nuts

Brooks egged Vicki on when she was talking badly about Briana outside. She's not his daughter, and a mature man would just try and calm his girlfriend down, not throw gas on the fire

Brooks showed his fakeness on the show the other night. When Vicki's daughter said they were alienating themselves from all the others; Brooks thought about that for a minute and realized Vicki might dump him and he did a 180 about going back in the house.

Why did Jim show up at the party in the first place? Alexis said he wasn't coming; he doesn't like to be with those people. I think he came just for the purpose of confronting Terry. Why else was he there? He certainly didn't run to his adoring wife to escort her around the party. It's really easy to say after the fact that he didn't want to bring it up there, but as far as what we were shown, it seems to be the only reason he was there. As Huk stated above, he certainly did come to escort her home either! He would have just left her there had she not followed him out.

I think Jim showed up for the same reasons Gina and her daughter were there. Bravo wants them all there. I read he's not going to be on any more episodes and won't be on next season. I think this is the last episode we'll see Jim at all.

Attention! 20/20 is going to talk about Brooks being a deadbeat Dad tonight!

Oh shoot! I guess it aired at 9! Since when? I always thought it was on at 10!

The ex girlfriend says he's a cheater, a liar, and a con... says he abandoned her when her son was 5 or 6 months old, no communication afterwards. She was astonished to see him on RHOOC (friends told her to turn the show on, they couldn't believe it). ha ha, said she got romantic cards every day and they said the same things he wrote to Vicki!

He claimed on an internet interview that he talks to his kids every day and that he was current on his support payments. This woman says it's ALL lies!

His ex-girlfriend also said that he left her with all the hospital/doctor bills for the birth. The little boy looks like Brooks. I read that Vicki and Brooks broke up but are back together? What will she think after seeing 20/20 tonight? How can she be so foolish? I am embarrassed for her.

I saw it too! It's not like this woman could just fake that he is the father of her child. There's pictures of him beaming over the infant crib in the hospital. Oh..and didn't you just love how she said that he sent all those same kinds of cards and wrote the same words to her like he gives Vicki? The ace of men calls her child...an extra child. Nice. Stop being desperate Vicki!

Seems like Vicki should have used some of her OC $$$ to have ole Brooks vetted. She should feel like a fool, I mean who wants someone who won't care for their own children ?
