Dani tells Nicole Ian can't mention them & Cody again. She thinks nothing will be worse for their games.
Nicole says that's why Ian needs to get at least one vote or else he'll think they played him.
Nicole: He's very angry.

#BB22 David and Day are in the HN room. David it telling her that he just found out that Memphis is voting Ian out and he's sure that Enzo won't vote Tyler out. Day said that both Tyler and Ian told her yesterday that they didn't have the votes to stay.
#BB22 David says that Christmas is also voting out Ian. Day- "Are you sure?" Day says that Ian is close to Dani and Nicole and she thinks they've been campaigning for him.. David doesn't think either Tyler or Ian would put him up.
#BB22 Day says Ian & Tyler have been throwing comps & whoever stays today will continue to play the same game & keep throwing comps. David says him & Day are fighting for their lives and these people are throwing comps. Day says people throwing comps increases their chances

#BB22 Ian & Dani are talking in the Photo room. Ian asks Dani to keep a secret & tells her that David agreed to vote to keep Ian today. Dani tells him it scares her because he came to her & promised her he wasn't going for her, he shook on it. Then she found out he was lying
#BB22 Dani tells Ian that he has to go and talk to Day and Kevin for votes. She says that Day is the main person to speak to because if he can get Day to say yes then Kevin will follow. Ian says he's going to talk to them right away.

#BB22 David tells Day he did promise Ian his vote last night. Day says "now we're keeping Ian?" David says that he doesn't have the votes to stay either way. Day counts out the votes and says that it will make Dani break the tie. David says that he would rather put it on Dani
#BB22 Day asks David if he's really going to go through with it. She will vote with him and let Dani break the tie if he's actually going to do it. She says it will put her and Kevin in a really bad spot if he doesn't. He says he's going to vote for Ian
#BB22 Day leaves the Love Room and goes to the Comic Room with Kevin and Nicole and tells them what David just said. Nicole is very happy and hopeful at this point. She says she won't tell Ian anything. They break up the convo and all go their own way for now.
#BB22 Christmas is filling Dani in on Ian still campaigning to her - Dani says it's annoying but she respects the fact that he's fighting so hard. Christmas tells Dani that Ian is threatening his jury vote if people tell him he has their vote but are lying.

Right now it's looking like Day, David, and Kevin will expect the three of them plus Nicole will keep Ian causing a 4-4 vote.
In reality, Nicole will flip to make it 5-3 against Ian, and blame David for it. Kevin & Day are already suspicious that David won't follow through #BB22

I also don't love Tyler's idea to hug David right after the vote as a way of implicating him. It's a little too obvious. I think the better play is to act surprised and then go have a private talk with David later that night, leaving them to speculate what was said. #BB22

Dani told Tyler "they think David shook on it, so they think that he's good, but they're still really 'weary' of him" - she said she'd keep Tyler if a tie, and Tyler said "cool, that's what I came for"
and Dani also told Cody .. both of these retells included Nicole will vote to evict Ian btw, and that David had said the tie plan would "put blood on Dani's hands" - she didn't like that obvi
as of now, we're now on course for a split vote tonight, but everyone repeats everything so fast, they could switch it up six times before show time
