The way I understand is Holli and Kat weren't friends but ran in the same circles. I think they had met but didn't hang out together. Holly knew Jackson's ex girlfriend and she and Jax use to instagram each other. Kat and Jackson didn't know each other before entering.

Holly is also good friends with Kats best friend. She said she could never screw her over. She wouldn't be able to live it down in the circle they run in. It may not be exactly the same as an exgirlfriend of his aunt, that we have no idea how bad it ended, but Kat and Holly have an unbreakable bond too. Plus they went to Coachella together.

Sis strongly wants Cliff gone. (And she does not want Kat alone in jury house with Jack) Holly and Jackson will not vote Kat out.
So only one vote needed.
There could be a tie.

Aww.. Cliff says if it is a set deal that he is leaving, then Tommy should reassure Kat that she is staying. But he wants to stay.
Christie is there.
Now just Cliff, Nicole and Jess. Cliff thinks maybe Tommy would not take Christie down.
Jess and Nicole want to push Holly going up.

Of course, she is a piece of furniture...but if Tommy and Christie want to appease her to keep her vote on their side...things could happen.

Holly, Jackson Jess & Sis will keep Kat. I wouldn’t be surprised to see Christie & Nicole keep Kat as well.
