This thread will be similar to the screen caps of the live feeds I post in Big Brother and Utopia. Since the TV show is a little harder to access, I will recap episodes with images highlighting what happened in each episode. This will be an opportunity for those new to the show to see what it's like, and for those who didn't get to watch an episode to catch up or see what they missed.

The 2014 edition a Big Brother Australia kicked off with their launch show on Monday from The Dreamworld Theme Parrk home of BBAU.
The beautiful and pregnant Sonia Kruger back as host, kicked off the show by revealing what the BB Ark promo was all about.
She said never before in the history of BB have housemates played as a pair ... They have no idea. 2014 is also the year of "the power"!
Sonia introduces Priya, the first housemate, she says she will hold special power. Priya says he doesn't care if she's loved or hated.
Sonia tells her she will be the first head of house, playing as a pair that she will choose.
She is told she can select a partner in the game, one is a good match for her according to BB, the other is not a good match.
Priya chooses Katie who describes herself as someone who can be quite confronting.
They meet and are told they will play as pairs. She is also told she will also be the other head of house.
They leave the studio to head to the house.
When they are gone, Sonia tells the audience they are a bad psychological match.
(Unlike the BBUS, the large studio and the house are actually a little distance from each other, requiring some time to move from one to the other. This will become more obvious during the live shows when someone is evicted.)

Sonia and then gives the audience a tour of the brand-new Big Brother Australia house.
(What the show tends to lack in production design of competitions, they make up in house design.)
This is the first year for Australia to have a two-story house.
One of the areas upstairs is the diary room.
This is the dressing / beauty area.
The bedrooms are set up so the pairs can sleep next to each other.
The bathroom area, with the group shower in the middle.
The house also has a sauna.
The kitchen and dining area.
The pool area.
With a mystery glass enclosure.
The house also includes a tree house in the backyard.

Katie and Priya are the first to enter the house.
One of the first things Katie is wondering is if there is champagne.
They are called to go to the power room by Big Brother.
(In Australia BB is an actual single voice that regularly talks to them both in the house, and the diary room.)
Inside the power room, BB tells them as heads of house they will have a special power this season, but he will tell the more later.
Katie has just one question for big brother... Is there any champagne? No answer from BB

The next housemate to enter the BB house is Jake, the one who Priya didn't choose. Jake now gets to pick his own partner in game.
Jake calls himself a prankster and likes to stir the pot he says he can give it but he can't take it.
Sonia feels Jake on the pairs this year, and tells him he must pick a partner, one may only be good for him, the other bad. After watching short video clips he chooses Gemma.
On her video, Gemma says that she is 6 foot six due to condition she had as a child.
Gemma comes out it is greeted friendly by Jake. He asks how the weather is up there? She says it's raining and I'll spit on you.
They enter the BB house.
Sonia says they are cute, and according to the BB analysis, they are a bad match.

Jake in Gemma enter the BB house.
Inside the house the two introduce themselves to each other again.
Inside the power room, BB tells Priya and Katie they are the first heads of house. They are told they will have tough decisions known as power plays.
Priya says they must pay attention to the housemates entering.
They watch is Gemma and Jake enter saying, she is very tall, or he is very short.

David, who Jake didn't choose, comes out to pick his partner for the game.
David who is never had a long-term relationship says he is a good judge of character.
When David is told he must choose a partner, he chooses Sonia, she then direct him to the screen.
David chooses Sandra who says she is an avid reader of a erotic novels.
She says she doesn't like beards. He says she will get used to it.
After they leave the studio Sonia says the BB analysis is that David and Sandra are a good match.

David and Sandra enter the big brother house. They are watched by Priya and Katie.
Katie and Priya say the two look good, though Katie says she doesn't like beards. Priya says she does like them.
They introduce themselves to the others in the house.

Dion is the next housemate to enter the studio. He says he lives clean, no smoking, drugs or alcohol. He thinks women need to have respect for themselves.
Sonia tells Dion he reminds her of David Beckham. He says he's never heard that.
Dion chooses Jason who says he is emotional and cries easily.
Sonia then tells Jason the Dion picked him as his partner and they will play as pairs this season.
Jason is excited to get into the house.
The two leave the studio for the big brother house.
After they leave, Sonia tells the audience the two of them are a good match.

The two look around the house, wondering if they are the first ones there.
They think it's strange that it looks like somebody has used the shower.
They are surprised by the other housemates who are hiding in the sauna.

The next housemate for Sonia to introduce is Skye.
Skye says she is good in small doses. She is from the Gulf Coast, so she gets a lots of cheers from the audience.
Skye says that she doesn't get affection she will probably eat.
Skye is told her about the partner theme this year and looks at her choices.
Skye says she's not going to pick Travis because he doesn't like girls who cry and are attention seeking. She says she has been seen that way, and she does cry, so she chooses Lisa.
Lisa says she is a shopaholic. She likes Instagram and selfies.
She has a two strike rule with friends, and will only forgive them once or they are out.
When Sonia tells Lisa at that Skye chose her as a partner, Lisa says good choice!
The two head towards the house. Sonia wonders how the house is going to like a Romy and Michelle, and says the big brother analysis says that they are a bad match.

The next housemate is Travis from Victoria who still lives at home.
He says he always finds the positives out of the negatives. He says he knows when he's right, and you can't prove him wrong.
He congratulates Sonia on her pregnancy.
Sonia sings the song from the show's TV promo about coming in the house in pairs, then introduces his partner.
Ryan is 26 and grew up with three sisters. He is a creative person, but enjoys the outdoors.
He doesn't do a lot of dating, but does a lot of drunk dating.
Travis and Ryan meet and seem like old buddies already. Ryan instantly starts calling him Travy.
They like the idea of working his pairs.
Sonia sends Travis and Ryan into the house.

Travis and Ryan come into the house.
Katie says guys are so much easier going than girls.
They meet the other housemates.
Big Brother tells Katie and Priya about their first power play. He says all the housemates are invited to a party but one pair they choose must spend the night in the fishbowl.
Priya and Katie are released from the power room, but can't talk about their decision. (BB likes to inform the housemates of developments himself)

The other housemates continue to get to know each other.
Priya and Katie meet the rest of the housemates.
The group sits down and big brother talks to them.
Big brother says in 2014 you will play as pairs. You will sleep side-by-side....
You will be rewarded together. You will be punished together...
Each pair will nominate as one, and be nominated as one. Each week one pair will become the head of house.
BB says this week Priya and Katie are the heads of house, and the first power play is to banish one pair to the fishbowl.
The girls say they are sorry. They say they chose Jason and Dion because they have believe they will have a good time in the physical anyway.
They said they wanted to find people be would get along.
The housemates party, and toast together, while Dion and Jason must watch from inside the fishbowl.

Sonia tells the audience that Priya and Katie have another power-play decision they have to make.
BB tells them in front of them is $20,000.
BB says he has decided to give away some prize money early.
They can have $100 each... or $1000 each, and nobody gets food for three days ... or $10,000 and no food for a week. The house will only get meal replacement shakes.
They debate whether anyone else in the house would give up 10 grand. Priya says yes.
Katie thinks some couples would leave it.
Priya says they won't starve, they will have meal replacement shakes.
Priya says each man for themselves.
They discuss what they would do with the money. Priya says we could be out of this game with nothing, but now we have something.
Katie struggles with putting everybody on the shakes. She says she needs her food.
BB give them 24 hours to decide. They are told not to say anything to the other housemates or BB will see that nobody gets the money.

And wonders whether Priya and Katie will deprive the others of food for money.

Travis and Ryan notice how strange Katie is acting ... They say she looks like she's seen a ghost.
They believe she is hiding another secret.
They call her over to question her.
She denies she hiding something...
... Then says she can't say anything.
She is saved by her partner Priya who pulls her away. Katie says she is really bad at hiding the truth.
Later BB brings her into the diary room. Katie says how hard this is for her.
Big Brother ask her if she cares about her housemates feelings. Katie says yes, and decides she'd like to tell them about the power play.
