Does anyone have the scoop on why Savannah is a "former investigative reporter?" There has to be a story there for someone so young to be a "former" anything.

Her linked in profile shows that she’s been in a number of different roles in the news industry, including weather person. Maybe it’s just one of the roles that her various station employers had her do while coming up in the industry. She’s moved around a bit for her job It appears the toxic station was in St Louis, but she’s also been in the Atlanta market.

I wondered if he played the fake to see everyone’s reactions when they (briefly) thought Savannah was safe.

I believe he does have an idol. Did you see how similar it looked to Kristina's? Also Jawar ( I think) whispered to him "play your real one"

No wonder Rizo was giggling so hard when he voted about how much he loves the game when he voted in the latest episode. He knew he was about to create a dynamite "good television" moment with his fake immunity idol and was congratulating himself.
I am beginning to dislike him almost as much as I dislike Savannah. I thought we were done with the Russell Hantz-ification of Survivor.
Oh well, I suppose that is the nature of the beast.
