OR Chili Cheese Dog - All beef Dog topped with Chili, shredded cheese and onions
OR Quesadilla - Chicken or Cheese with bell peppers and onions in a flour tortilla with sour cream, salsa and refried beans.

Yeah, he has a set menu for 5 weeks, but he needs to change some of these out!
I forgot to mention the optional things before. I haven't gotten any food from them since Sunday.
Today I will get some soup and a Chili Dog or Quesadilla for lunch and call it a day.

The ChiliDog was quite good except they sort of burned the bun a bit. Didn't change how yummy it was.

Should say that while Mrs Mack is still working we keep the week day menu easy and flexible. I never know exactly when she’ll get home so dinners have to be relatively easy. We reserve Saturday and Sunday for more involved dinners. We’ll see what the menu looks like in 70 or so days when she retires. 🙂
