The situation with the dam in Hawai'i looks really bad.

Ugh. This is for the whole country.

The weatherman on tv just said that the bugs are starting earlier this year and there will be more of them because of the winter we had. Someplace in the middle of the country is going to have an overabundance of grasshoppers.

Most bugs don't bother me, but the ticks really do because of the diseases they carry. I thought with the extremely cold winter we had for 2 months, would have killed a lot of them off (they overwinter in the ground) but all that damn SNOW we had, acted as insulation, so they are raring and ready to go.

Supposed to be sunny out but all I see are grayish looking skies, they are bright but no blue. It has cooled down a bit only predicted to be 85 and we have a little breeze.

There is some white stuff, powder-like, falling from the sky this morning.

It's nice out with clear blue skies, a little breeze and temps going to 82.

Sunny all day and warm enough to melt lots of whiteness on the ground.
