Grooch I think he is doing well, I have always said when we get the temporary chefs they say "why don't you have this, or this". So he has been purchasing things that will make life easier for the Bistro staff. And I have noticed the food seems seasoned better.
But the news of the day is his boss, Debbie, just let us know she is leaving the company. I don't know if she is retiring or the debacle here might have contributed to her demise. She tried hard and I thought she was good at her job but I don't know all the inner dealings she may have had to deal with.

Well, its a heavy dinner. You probably couldn't eat anything thats more filling. But it should be Nutella sauce instead of chocolate, imo.
