RN I was just thinking about how a part of my dog sitting job came with such an interesting perk for me that I never expected. I meet and become an important person to every kind of person there is. Young, old, men, women, every skin color and race, rich, struggling, whole families, couples, singles, everyone that falls into LGBTQ, disabled, and more. Needless to say, they are important to me as well in many ways. Besides helping me pay my bills, some have actually become friends.

I was lucky that my jobs at CSC and Transamerica have a a huge diversity in co-workers and several of my volunteer gigs did as well.. It really enhances life, for sure. And my city is divers as well.
It is super nice that your love of dogs has led to enriching your life with diverse dog lovers. (and even diverse dogs)

Then maybe we have to sit back and immediately exit Youtube until they find a better business model? I am experiencing the same problem.
Perhaps if we don't buy into it, they will have to change it?
I don't actually know, but I suspect we can all rage against the algorithm before the algorithms take us under.

I was saddened to hear that Jackie had died. It was fun watching the live feeds from Big Bear as she laid her eggs and watched over them with her partner Shadow.
