OMG, he's cute, Naja.

Do NOT pick him up! Do NOT feed him. Do NOT baby-talk with him. Because if you do, you will have a new supreme ruler of your DOG house. Satan, get thee behind Naja! Somebody else in the neighborhood will take him in.

RN I think he belongs across the street. Luckily I live on an out of the way street that has almost no traffic except for those of us who live here.

I am coming from a place where we have active coyotes in every city, night and day, and they can jump very high fences, too.

And my neighbor with her first ever cats, A totally delightful brother and sister.. And three other cats let outside on our property. We had finally convinced coyotes we didn't have food for them, with hazing, and after they killed the outside cats, and these people won't listen.

And of course cars too.

That cat is so cute and trusted you by rolling over.

He was obviously there to supervise your work.

Don't they have coats with sharp needles sticking up for cats to wear to keep them safe from hawks and coyotes.

RN I just caused my wonderful wife to spit her coffee all over the patio table. Seems she thought it was funny when I came out and said I had only one more day to having the Adonis body promised by the Tia Chi workout ads. 😳😁 Once she collected herself she said I was closer to being Binkynis, Adonis’s weaker less muscular brother, than Adonis. Geez…..wives can be brutally honest sometimes. 😬

Tell her you are taking it slow and starting out with the Oldonis stage first.

RN So a wife can say the darndest things. We were having an adult beverage on the patio and both us surfing the net on our iPads. Without context my wife starts with these “ohs” and “ahs”. She says “I’d really like 9 or 11 inches. 5 inches is just not enough and I can barely hold on to it”. 😳😱 Needless to say yours truly was sinking lower and lower in his seat. I summoned up enough bravery to ask her what she meant. Turns out she’s been canning and some jellies, preserves, etc., that have to be brought to a certain temperature on the cooktop. Much to my relief she ordered a 11 inch thermometer. 😬

And I was wondering what was going on with the canning. You need to post about it in the canning folder.

RN I can't stop laughing! My silly brother went to see a Kiss cover band last night. I wonder if the whole audience was other 59 yr old Men? LOL!

This is one of the pics he took.

That sort of thing can be fun, depending on the talent of the performers and actually being in an audience coming from the same place, so hopefully your brother got that.

I am going to see Willie Nelson tonight and the audience is likely to skew older. I am wearing my Willie t shirt from 1984, which was probably the first time I saw him and there will be lots of t shirts, some like mine that people got at a concert, others that they bought on ebay.

Last time I saw him, pre pandemic, there were some Lukas Nelson fans who skewed younger. Lukas won't be there tonight, as he has a gig elsewhere.

RN How was Willie, Sea? Is he still pretty spry at 93? My Barry Manilow is 83 and just put out a new album. I think it's the first physical CD I have purchased in 25 years. I can't believe it's already almost 2 years since I saw him in concert with Yolanda.

Fabulous!

He sits the whole time, but he walked off the stage on his own. His voice is strong and the entire audience adores him, singing along.

Opening act, Caroline Grace.. Very strong voice, writes songs but also classic covers. She said it was her largest crowd so far and the crowd was very receptive.

About 9000 for Willie.
