RN, they should at least drop the dog off with a rotisserie chicken that you can strip and eat, then share with the other doggies, LOL.

RN If the dog was only here a couple days, I wouldn't mind of the chicken was already cooked, but she's here for 9 days.

So then, they can bring 2 or 3 rotisserie chickens or rather the shredded meat from them, some in the fridge the rest in the freezer to last the duration of their care.

RN, I just realized that we leave in less than 2 weeks for our 16 day tour of Scotland and Ireland and I haven't started packing yet. When I pack, I put in clothes that I think I will wear and end up taking our 30% of my clothes. So I need to start packing.

RM Eggie, enjoy your amazing holiday! I'm hoping to go to London this summer to see as many shows in the West End as possible.

RN That does sound like an amazing trip Egbok. As we work through our bucket list of destinations that area is one we would like to visit.

RN, have a great time, Eggie!

And I also depart in less than 2 weeks for yet another Alaska cruise, this one for 3 weeks! But I am 1/4 packed. I picked out dress-up clothes last night.

Juju dahlink, apologies for a probably dumb question, but here goes:
When you travel several times to the same place on cruises, do you seek out different adventures on them each time, or is it the comfortable sameness that lures you back. Do you go on different cruise lines, to shake things up a bit?

For me, it's a big world out there to explore, so I can't see a point in my repeating a trip yet, as I've only done Alaska with Vince, and the Caribbean solo in February. And I'm thinking of a European river cruise possibly, as my next adventure.

Since you're been on a bazillion cruises, I'm guessing there isn't much left on this globe for you to discover, so perhaps you are repeating favourite excursions?

Not speaking for Juju but we kind of mix our cruises up between new destinations and familiar ones. New destinations is self explanatory, something different and new. There are also destinations we want to and do return to sometimes multiple times. For instance, we love Kotor, Montenegro and have been there three times and would go back again if it was part of a cruise we wanted to take. We even have a favorite outdoor cafe there we stop at every visit. On the other hand there a ports we’ve been to several times in the Caribbean where we don’t even get off.

RN, My sister and I took a cruise out the Golden Gate and down the coast, just so we could have maid service, prepared meals and sit by the pool and read books. We did enjoy watching the drug dogs in Mexico from our balcony. Only got off the ship one time, LOL, for the San Diego Zoo.

I did play some bingo, LOL. It was so nice and peaceful, a great stress reliever.

Hey Juju, don’t be jealous of my travels. I just got back from a 4 night getaway to … Ferndale!

Small town outside Juju’s town.

Rieann, you absolutely, absolutely made me laugh out loud for quite some time! Nobody in the entire world would go for a 4-night getaway in Ferndale, which you also absolutely know. We went to Ferndale Monday of this week to go to Grocery Outlet, which is like 3 miles from our house, even though we live in the larger city just south of Ferndale. And today we went to White Rock, BC, Canada, 22 miles from our house to go to the dentist. And on the way home we discussed whether to stop at the Grocery Outlet in Ferndale but decided not to, because we were just in Ferndale two days ago.

Bwahahahaha!!! And you have totally hijacked me from answering MB's question.

RN Glad I gave you a laugh, Juju. We couldn’t resist this cute rental..

Cobblestone Cottage-

We saw the Grocery Outlet on our adventures as we shopped at Haggen. Ate and had drinks at the Main St. Bar and Grill. Cute town. White Rock was the place my friends and went when we drove over the border while visiting friends at Western. Drinking age was 19. Ah the stupidity of youth.

RN Carey and I are having our morning coffee and laughing about our calendars. What was once meetings, business travel, and business social events appointments are now doctor appointments. I just got back from my blood draw appointment in preparation for my annual next week then got a reminder of my dermatologist appointment also next week. If it wasn’t for those our calendars would be pretty empty. 😬😱

RN Check it out. I ordered 4 replacement brushes from some place in China for my round hair dryer that also straitens and curls. The round brush can pop off and stay in like a hair roller. I thought it would be nice to have a few brushes so I don't have to sit and wait for every curl. They showed up last night but I just opened the box. Instead of sending 4 replacement brushes, they sent 4 whole dryers. hahah! 3 red and one white. :-)
