RN, Mack is correct. I get a 4 month vacation every year. But I'm stuck in the house because the weather is so bad. Especially this winter and spring. It's still in the low 40's at night and that's not normal.
I feel bad for the landscapers because they are telling me that their customers want their gardens all planted before they come out on Memorial Day. They can't understand that its been to cold because it's 20° warmer every day in the city. That's not normal either. They are having a beautiful spring and I'm still wearing my jacket.

RN pretty much the same story here in normally dry and warm San Antonio. We’re in roller coaster weather where it’s in the low 80’s and beautiful for a couple of days then in the low 60’s and at least misting if not outright rain. We certainly need the rain so hard to complain but it really is delaying spring planting. I had hoped to get ours done by now but I’m at about 70% and holding. We’re off on vacation next Tuesday for two weeks and I’ll just have to get it done when we return. Late May is a weird and late tine to plant around here but I can’t get it done before we leave. 62F and light rain as I type.

RN I am cleaning up pictures on my Ipad and I have to share this one. This is the cookie jar from my childhood. My sister had it and she unpacked it to display in our updated kitchen.
When sneaking cookies, I quickly learned to not lift from the cupcake on top. Too noisy. Picture little fingers lifting, with surgical precision, while holding both sides. 😂
