Har Gow, also known as Hacao and other spellings, shrimp Chinese dumplings bought frozen at Costco, and a 4 oz grilled filet mignon steak and guacamole and chips, and raw radish and baby carrots.
We are cleaning out the refrigerator to return home to the Pacific Northwest from the tropical tip of Texas this upcoming Saturday.
If you don't know what hargow is or don't know what dim sum is, you are missing a major culinary experience, and I am not a foodie, or a cook.
Dipo has lived in the SF Bay Area way longer than we did and can explain dim sum better than I can, I suspect.

OMG, the Sweetheart Cherry Pie Valentines Pizza from Mountain Mikes is fabulous!!!!
I ordered a pizza and it popped up as a "side"; it was only $10.99 - that may be a price for when you get a regular pizza, but it was well worth it.

That sounds wonderful. I cleaned out my freezer a bit, spinach souffle is in the microwave, might just go in the trash since it's best date is 2025.
But I am looking forward to the potato skins in the air fryer and best before May of this year!!
