RN This is what it's like when I have to pack up all the dogs and park across the street in the neighbor's driveway for a showing. The inside of my car has a layer of dog hair on every inch.

RN I'm breaking my promise not to post about the house, but I have to. LOL
Well, for the third time I have signed a contract to sell my house. Closing is Dec 29. Luckily, this guy really is pre approved and my agent talked to the bank and they sent over his approval papers. He owns a house that is paid for and does not have to sell it first. He's been at the same job for 17 yrs. Wife, family, got it all.

RN My agent also sent over the proof of pending sale of my house and the guy's loan approval to the sellers of my new house.

RN it's been a freaking emotional roller coaster, and about 10 times more physical work than I ever could have imagined.
I knew this process wouldn't be fun, but I didn't realize it would be torture.

RN Seamonkey, last night I was texting with the owners of 2 dogs I am watching with the "voice to text". One has an ear infection and here's what voice to text sent my client.
"You will have to speak with my butt to give permission to treat him"
Of course it was supposed to say "speak with my VET"! LOL Oh they got the biggest laugh.

RN Today is the house inspection around 3 pm. We were hoping they would just accept the inspection the other people had done, but no 
So I'll be sitting in the driveway across the street again with 5 dogs, but this time it will be during a snow storm! I shouldn't complain, but it is a very big PIA.

RN, can't you just take the dogs into the bedroom while the inspector looks around and then when he needs to access your bedroom, move to another. I remember when the inspector came to do my condo I just sat at my desk.

RN No my agent said I have to leave. They are there for 2 to 3 hours it's not something quick. But now I am stuck in the snow in the street with five dogs in the car. I just texted my neighbor he's going to come out to help.

RN Everything is going well. The buyers are serious. The only thing I have to do according to the contract is have the shed treated for termites. There's clause in the contract that says any structures showing termite damage within 50 yards of the house, I have to treat. And that's it. The rest of the new inspection was ok. Today is the appraisal. The appraisal with the other company for the first buyers went ok, so my agent says she's not worried about today.

Yes, Naja, New Year, new house!!
I have a wreath due tomorrow from Starcross, a lay Catholic community long in Annapolis, California. Started by three people, Brother Toby, Sister Julie and Sister Marti. Marti died years ago of Pancreatic cancer and Toby died this year well into his 90s. I haven't had one of their weather in years. Ordered some of their prize winning olive oil too, for gifts. The wreath will be great on my new screen door.
Do you have a lot to accomplish before the 29th? Probably a dumb question.. Just moving you and the dogs is a lot.
