It's beautiful out, bright blue skies with a good breeze. Just noticed the trees leaves are really red now! Temps only going to 70.

They are predicting a little storm for Wednesday, so temps drop and clouds are coming for tomorrow.

And another one. It's that time of year again.
Another atmospheric river takes aim at the Pacific Northwest of the United States and perhaps southern British Columbia in Canada!
Expect strong winds, heavy rain, life threatening rip currents/surf, mountain snow and perhaps waterspouts and/or a tornado.

The Beaver supermoon will be the largest and brightest tomorrow night and will be the largest and brightest of 2025.
The Beaver supermoon will be at the closest point to Earth this week than at any point this year. The Beaver supermoon will only be 221 thousand miles from Earth!
Heads up!

Supposed to Rain ... skies are confused, I can see bright sun but it's covered with clouds - some angry looking others just white and fluffy. There is a strong breeze and so far no rain here with temps going to 64.

A G3 Watch is in effect for November 6 into November 7.
A Coronal Mass Ejection is expected to arrive on Earth sometime late November 6 or early November 7.
The northern lights could be seen as far south as Oregon, Iowa, Illinois and Pennsylvania, depending on weather and clouds.
Heads up!

We got a little rain yesterday, I never saw it but I could hear the cars running thru it on the roads outside my windows, plus there were some drip/drops on my balcony railing.

Today the skies are clear, blue and bright. A tiny breeze and temps going to 68.

Franklin, Tennessee: Potentially just had an unwarned tornado near the region.
Obviously, wait until the storm passes and make sure your safe, but if you have any damage reports, feel free to share, but also share to the National Weather Service in Nashville.
Stay safe out there! Tornado Watch in effect for portions of southern Kentucky, Middle Tennessee and northern Alabama.

Around 80 right now but it’s just 12:30 PM so it will get warmer. Tomorrow the big cold front down from Canada starts moving in. High winds expected then the real temperature crash hits Sunday night to early morning Monday with potential near freezing temps. We’re just on the western edge of the front so east and north of us will get the full brunt of the cold. Friend in Georgia saying they have a forecasted high of 43 Monday to Tuesday.

Wow! Mother Nature gave us a dose today. With potentially freezing weather in the next 48 hours she turned on the heat and it was 89 today to set a date record. Not sure what the previous record was for the 8th of November but it’s typically in the mid 70s this time of year. It’s a very pleasant 86 with virtually no humidity, in fact my weather station is actually calculating the “feels like” temperature at 85 so below the actual.
