Naja, as the ridiculously high property taxes in your area are one of your reasons for moving house are you planning to move out of Jackson county? I believe you have said you plan to stay the KC area.

RN Sugar, it's this particular house that has high property taxes. The homes I've been looking at nearby have taxes sometimes less than half of mine.

That really is crazy.. Will your buyers be stuck with the higher amount? Have you survived your wait time yet?

RN I'm sitting in my car with three dogs across the street from my house. There are so many people in my house right now it looks like they're having a party and they didn't invite me. LOL this is crazy!

RN Holy smokes. I don't know if I can believe what I am seeing on this document my agent sent over! I have to talk to her. I can't even say the offer or type it because I don't want to jinx it!

RN Yep, it was the first official day on the market. I'm going to jump in the shower now to get ready to go see a little house for me later this morning.

RN If I make an offer it will just be a back up offer. But here's a sneak peek. And it has 2 full baths! Which would mean if I rented a room, I could charge more because they could have their own bathroom.

RN I'm out front waiting for my agent and this neighborhood is awful. The house next door looks abandoned!

RN, do you guys have a neighborhood "next door" or anything like that that details walkability and crime rates for the neighborhoods?

Did they use AI to change the pictures? I read an article about it the other day. Realtors post the pictures of what the house COULD look like if YOU invest the money, and they don't post pictures of what the house actually look like. It's all very shady.

Usually, Realtors will use HDR on the images, which make the house and yard look more vibrant than it really is. Unsightly areas might be touched up by the photographer. It’s what a lot of realtors have done for years. Not sure if AI has made it in yet.
