Absolutely Pamy. He is in my thoughts and will continue to be along with all of the other wonderful TVCH people who are no longer with us.

The saddest part is if he is no longer with us it had to have been sudden or an accident :-(

So sad to think this could be the case.

Pamy, do you remember his real name? I thought it was Michael Weiner, but I am unable to find an obit under that name.

Note: when he posted on Landi's memory wall/obit, that was the name he used, so I think it's right.

I would think that if he had passed, there would be a listing somewhere for him.

Perhaps he just became seriously ill, and is in care somewhere.

And that is the same search I just did, Michael Weiner, Simi Valley, also Michael R Weiner, California - came up with nothing.

Is anybody friends with him on any other message boards?

Pamy, is this him? This popped up in LinkedIn as Michael Weiner / Simi Valley. CTO, Analogics Inc.

Doesn't look like I remember Michael, and doesn't look like his late wife, who we met in Long Beach and at Moonie's wedding.

He lived in Porter Ranch CA last I heard.

Trying to remember her name. Yes, she had MS. They put in a stair lift so she could get up and down stairs.

That isn't Michael. His wife's name was Robyn. He was the best husband to Robyn, so attentive as she had MS. She passed many years ago.

I met both at the Long Beach meet, a Solvang? meet and at Moonie's wedding. I remember the Solvang meet only because Robyn was in a wheelchair and a group of us were shopping. We stopped at a shop that sold purses and Michael went in and bought Robyn a purse. She said "he knows my tastes".

I think at the Solvang? meet, the group put their hands in a type of circle and took a "group" picture instead of a butt picture.

Thanks, Eggie! I knew that wasn't him but yes, Robyn..

Michael planned the first Long Beach meeting in 2003, I think. It was a week after I had surgery on my ACL.. I even brought crutches but didn't use them. When we walked to the official dinner, Whoami had hoped I would be slower, as she had to push her mom's wheelchair uphill. Me, I knew if I went too slow, I was afraid I might not make it all the way.

Anyway, Robyn wasn't up for the meets but did come for a pre dinner meet so we got to meet her.

I sat at the same table at Moonie's wedding, so got to spend some time with them.

I am not on FB but do follow people on Instagram and every now and then I am responding to a post on Threads and see a Juju post..

Hey there Seamonkey. No fires for me thanks for thinking of me. At one point got a lot of smoke from Canadian fires. Nothing lately on that front

Fire smoke here, but not really bad, but we are having odd-colored skies.

Seamonkey, I am mostly on bsky.app, but do also have Threads and Instagram accounts as Jujubigdog, Juju Bigdog, or juju2bigdog, or some variation thereof. I do get some limited notifications from both of those message boards, and occasionally check in if I get an interesting notification. And I have now almost fully transitioned to the Substack posters for political stuff. I follow Jeff Tiedrich religiously (he lost his wife in Feb. 2026 and is deeply grieving, but continuing on posting as best he can). He is absolutely brilliant. And cusses a lot.

Riviere, Tyrose & I will miss Mike and all he did to help keep this game going on.

If we are still doing this, count BLUE COLLAR Team in.

If we are closing out this chapter of our NFL pool on TVCLUBHouse, we will miss it greatly, but understand that for all things there is a season, and even good things have an ending eventually.

Personally I hope we do a new XXIII season and dedicate it to both Marion and Mike.
