RN I don't know that dog. I just walked outside and there he was screwing Sheba. I don't know how far along they were. I couldn't separate them so I ran in the house and was on the phone for a few minutes asking Mom what to do and when I went back out he was gone. Patsy and Dolly weren't even barking at him!

If he achieved a tie, then it would be hard to separate them until the swelling went down.

It was just a perfect storm of a loose dog, in heat female, obviously not spayed, bad communication (and there are silent seasons without bloody discharge or even swelling), easy access over short fence.

Yes, if found, the owners of the dog running loose are liable to a large extent.

And if he was neutered...

A neutered male dog can still tie because he still has the hormones needed to do so. In fact, neutering does not affect a dog’s ability to mate. However, he may not be as interested in doing so because his testosterone levels are lower.

RN This website is fun. You enter a photo of a car, and it tells you the make and model and approx year.

RN I keep forgetting to show this!

Yesterday for about a half an hour I kept hearing this crackling noise. It wasn't raining, it was sunny. Then some time later I went out and saw this next door.

RN If that crackling I was hearing was the branch, it sure took a long time to snap!

RN This is what Toyota Sam came home in today. I'm not sure what model it is, but I love it.

I was going to guess Toyota 4Runner, but I copied the image and searched it on Google images, and it is indeed a Land Cruiser.

RN, Naja, if Toyota Sam can get you into any kind of (used) Toyota that you like and can afford, be advised Toyotas last a reallllly long time, and hardly ever have things go wrong with them.

RN Oh I plan on keeping his number for when I need a new car. I'm hoping it will be quite awhile, though. Even though my Mercury Grand Marquis is a 2005, it only has 15,000 miles on it and is in mint condition. It's been garage kept.

RN I have 6 dogs in my house today and it's raining. The big dogs have to stay on the kitchen until they dry, and little Gunner is teasing them through the gate. LOL!

RN I am so happy. Remember I found my sapsucker dead? I could have sworn I had 2, but I hadn't seen the 2nd one in so long. The second one just showed up at my feeder. I'm hoping she wasn't around because she was sitting on a nest. A girl can dream. :-)

I still miss my 1st one because he would always come to the deck and cling to one of the wooden rails and swing his head back and forth for awhile checking everything out. He'd hang out for awhile and wasnt afraid of me. He was so cute. But I'm still thrilled I have the 2nd one.

RN I swore I would never book 4 or 5 dogs at once again. Guess what? I accidentally booked 6 dogs the weekend of the 20th!!!! So there will be 8 dogs in my house. I called Pilates Sabrina and said I would pay her to help me on the Saturday, and she said yes. It's so hard to feed 8 dogs so she is going to come over 3 or 4 hours later in the day when it's their dinner time.

RN Thank GOD, the owner of Max and FedX contacted me and are coming this weekend instead of next. So it's only 4 dogs next weekend (plus mine)
