RN The Toyota kid is supposed to move in today. He texted yesterday that he'll be here in the afternoon. I have a little last minute cleaning to do. Thank goodness 2 of the 3 dogs went home yesterday.

Hope he got or gets moved in. Does he have a Toyota?

RN He is coming here because he's a grad student with an internship at Toyota. He'll get here in his old car, but then Toyota provides him with a brand new car to use while he's here! An intern gets a company car! How wild is that? So there will be 2 cars in my driveway when he's home.

RN I think Karuuna would like this about him. He volunteers at Cedar Creek Therapeutic Riding Center in Columbia, Missouri.

RN He just texted me he'll be here in about and hour and 15 mins. I'm always excited when I have a new tenant. eta: I looked at his job description as an intern. "liaison between Toyota’s global manufacturer and 75 dealerships, effectively communicating and addressing their needs Collaborate with dealership management to analyze store performance and identify areas for improvement, contributing to their overall success"

RN, Yay for adorable nice new kid! And bonus for him - he can sleep with as many dogs as he wants. They will be good for his soul.

RN My dogs were all over him. If I didn't have a gate up, he wouldn't have been able to get away from their jumping and kissing, and rolling all over him. They love him.

RN You asked about the cars. Well here's his personal auto, and google says it's a Toyota 4Runner. Don't know the year. He's off for a spin in his company car, and I'll get a picture of that later. It looks more like a tank than his own car!

And here is his company car. Gorgeous. Google says it's a "Toyota/RAV 4"

Both are excellent cars. The 4Runner is more truck-like and larger and more powerful. Both are fairly expensive cars, but Toyotas sort of last forever also.

RAV 4’s are very dependable. One of the top rated SUV’s for a number of years. My RAV is 14 years old and still going strong.

RN I texted him that I ordered in Church's Chicken for tonight, enough for him, too. He said he can't buy his groceries until his first check this weekend, so I thought I'd be nice. He was thrilled! Yolanda and I used to take turns doing this about once a week.
