Won 3 games at Bingo !!! and I finally finished clearing email, now I need to get twitter done.
Then I need to get some chores done, I really have to get the boxes to the bins, plus I made a few more small bags of trash with the old can bags and stuff.

Saturday ... It's fun day ...
I got the coffee brewed and cleaned up the kitchen. Got a little surprise when I pulled one of the drawers open and the front fell off, LOL. I tried to put it back but couldn't get it lined up so reported it to management.
I wrangled some more cans and then took out the boxed to the bins. Cleaned a bunch of stuff out of the fridge and the compost bin since I have housekeeping later today.
So far the bathroom, kitchen and office are ready. Just need to move a few things off the floor in the living room and bedroom, but that can be later.
Now I am taking the paper and my yogurt back to bed, oh and my coffee too.

Oh and I was finally able to pay my Comcast bill, I tried 3 times yesterday and their bill pay function was broken!
AND I have been working on setting up BlueSky so I can drop twitter.

Got thru some of email and twitter, played some games and finished getting the house ready for housekeeping.
Twitter is slow going as I have to search for the same people on Bluesky as I set it up.

I was just going to use the Tweet thread, but I can separate it out.
Grooch, it seems nice, like twitter in the old days. I am just setting it up with the people I already follow on twitter and then I will look to see if any threads people are there too since I don't find threads as entertaining.

Sunday ...
Just realized I hadn't been here yet today! I went out for Chinese food for lunch, I have bene wanting chow mein, so I finally got it!
Got back just in time for Bingo, didn't win anything. Since then I have been relaxing and playing computer games.
I think I got email cleared earlier this morning and the newspaper came late so I am just trying to get thru that as well.

Thanks, Dipo, for going to Bluesky and starting a thread, which I haven't gotten to yet. I need to leave Xitter as well, but I just haven't quite found a place that feels right, and I don't have time to research it at the moment - just came to TX for the winter, not unpacked yet, got car troubles, just regular stuff, nothing urgent, just no time, apparently because I am retired and have NO TIME.

It's Bless Your Home Day AND back to the bathroom, it's time to check the supplies that are needed in your bathroom. Do you need toilet paper, toothpaste, shampoo, mouthwash, soap.
I have a few things to do, mostly just enjoying the rain for now.
Clearing a bit of email, then back to bed to read the paper, maybe watch some news and have some yogurt.

Carlos came and took my drawer away to be fixed, he said the screws holding the front plate on were too short. Also when we pulled it out the back panel had pulled way from thee side a bit. I didn't mention that Sylvester had squeezed himself down the back of the drawer into the cabinet below and might have been responsible for that little problem, LOL.
It's back, beautiful and I can really feel the difference in how secure the panel is.
Brewed the coffee, got thru email, still working on my games. The rain picked up a bit so a few drips have made their way down the balconies to me so I pulled the towels, flipped the cushion and put the welcome mat over the chair edge so it can drip dry.
Off to work on Bluesky and clear twitter.

Hahaha Juju, it's more stacking and clearing counters than cleaning. You know, my cats, who let me live here have a lot of things on the floor - multiple scratchers, stairs to the bed, the condo house, litter boxes, water bowls. I want to be one of my pets, LOL.

It's my "quiet day" and then Bingo at 7pm. So I am taking the paper and my yogurt back to bed to watch Perry Mason!

And now I have cleaned up the kitchen which meant dealing with a ton of old kitty food that I had just stacked in the sink. Got the dishwasher unloaded, and then was able to reload with the kitty dishes.
Gathered up some trash and got the coffee brewing.
Now off to email, twitter, and bluesky.

It's Anti-Procrastination Day and time to shine our tubs or showers.
I had fun playing bingo last night, no wins! but came close a lot of times. Tonight is $5 bingo.
I have birthday presents and cards to deal with plus I might sell some stock while the market is up and I need to do several other chores.
Guess I will finalize my email regarding my rent increase and send that out. So I am off to email.

Watered the plants and I noticed my Christmas Cactus had buds!
Brewed some coffee, redid my list and got thru twitter and Bluesky. Oh and set up a Safeway order.
Now back to Email.

Email done, set a sell order for some BofA stock and added some more people to my BlueSky.
I may have all the ones from twitter that I want but I will keep it a while to see if I have missed anyone.
Time for some lunch! Oh and all of a sudden it looks like rain.

Starting to get gusty wind so I had to close the windows, I like to have a little fresh air. Anyway I then noticed a couple of kitty throw-ups, so I cleaned that up and pruned the spider plant of dead leaves.
Safeway delivery came and I got that put away. Now starting my Lazyfit app.

It's Errand Day - hahahaha, I have one, I am off to a dental cleaning at 10am. AND Zone 3 is the main bathroom and another room in the house. Today that other room is the laundry area. Take 15 minutes and straighten up the laundry area. Put away the stray hangers. Wipe down the washing machine and dryer. Toss out all those empty detergent and fabric softener bottles.
Unfortunately the shuttle has to leave at 9am, to take 3 of us in the same direction that will probably take about 10 minutes. I don't think the people here understand how to time and route trips.
I am thinking about giving up services ... food / transportation and housekeeping. They will be changing the food service at the beginning of the year to Sodexo and I am going to add up how often I use the shuttle since they have changed that as well. I am pretty sure I could get some "full Housekeeping" instead of Lite for around $75 per visit. So once I get the new rent increase worked out I will see about that. It could save $800 per month so I have to see what the offset for me paying for those things will be.
Still have to work out the food but I think a meal kit service might not be too expensive, just have to do some research between now and the start of the year.
Off to finish getting ready to go and to clear some email.

Well that was shocking, I had to have x-rays so my bill was quite a bit higher than I had expected. Interesting, the one tooth area I had concern she didn't even mention, LOL. BUT... they did give an estimate of $2700 worth needed. That really wasn't a surprise because my hygienist had mentioned a few areas last time. Apparently it is time to deal with my old fillings, they are breaking down and allowing additional cavities to appear. And then he says I need one crown because he needs to work on two teeth and he is afraid it will crumble so with a crown he will have and anchor for the 2 on either side. Anyway, I need to get more info on his dental plan, they said that would reduce the cost by about 12%.
So I was very excited to see it was raining when I came out of dentist. And it got a little harder as we approached the complex. Need to check up on the weather predictions.
I cleaned up the kitchen - cat food plates are scrapped and soaking, pizza reheating in the oven, the extra pieces wrapped up in aluminum foil and in the fridge.
So now time to work on email, twitter and BlueSky.

Yeah, those old age dental bills begin to add up in our 70's. We have already paid the big bills, mostly for Bigdog's mouth, Luckily we have an excellent dentist in Canada who does great work, loves us (or Bigdog anyway), and the prices were better, even during the period when the Canadian dollar was at par with U.S. dollar.

It's clean out your Purse and Car day AND As we are headed in to Cold and Flu season I want you to take 15 minutes to wipe down your door knobs, light switches and phones in your home.
It's a normal day today ... I cleaned the kitty plates and loaded up the dishwasher. Fed the kitties and grabbed the paper and some yogurt.
Back to be to enjoy the beautiful morning.
