RN the oil burner went out at work. Waiting for the repair man to come.
Poor poinsettias.
I'm glad I wore my long underwear today.

RN The people that came to see the house last night are coming again tonight!
Grooch, this is what my mom used to do at her house in Florida. She planted her poinsettias around the house and sometimes they grew as tall as she is!

RN That is lovely, Naja.
RN today should have been a fun, happy day.
But it wasn't. So much anger they all have from their disfunction. I only need to make it 3 more weeks then I can collect unemployment over the winter while I look for a new job.

RN They made an offer. 4k under asking, and not only will it be on contingency of them selling their house, I would have to pay the 5k closing fees. So my agent is telling them I want the full price since I have to pay the closing fees. If they don't sell their house by Jan 8, I lose the house I want.

RN they agreed to full asking price. Thank goodness. So I'll only end up with 5K less than had the other buyer made it to closing. Their old house is very nice and they are asking a very reasonable price for it, so my agent thinks it will probably sell quickly. I hope!
