Kitchen cleaned up, dishwasher loaded and coffee done. I watered the balcony plants, made Sylvester come inside, closed the door and turned on the AC.
Just getting started with my normal routine of email, twitter, tvch, taran and other stuff.
Grabbed my coffee and getting to work and I have Bingo at 2pm.

Fun playing bingo, I won the first game, LOL, then a great dinner!
I worked on the newsletter and started the minutes but I need to pull out my notes so I gave up on that. And I wrote a Bus Etiquette article called "how to NOT be a Bus-hole" but I had a hard time finding info so sort of just made it up. Need to think about it some more and I think it will be more effective when they announce the shuttle changes so I took it out of the newsletter till next month.
Anyone have any rule / etiquette suggestions?

It's Planning Day AND to scrub down your kitchen counter-tops.
I cleaned up the kitchen and loaded up the dishwasher, refilled some water bottles and got the minutes done and sent out. Now I need to get the Newsletter completed so it can be printed and distributed.
Off to work on Email, twitter, podcasts, and computer games.

Email is done, still working on twitter, listened to Taran - it was quick, LOL. Watered the indoor plants and did a little spiderweb management and then dustbusted the window sills of the fly graveyard!
Next I will finish the newsletter and breakdown the boxes and haul them out. Oh and I ordered some stuff for Prime Day.

It's Anti-Procrastination Day and time to get an OLD toothbrush and some soap and scrub those kitchen sink faucets!
I cleaned up the kitchen while I waited for the coffee to brew. Had a late start because it felt so nice and cool so I slept in.
Showered to get all the old sweat off from the Heat Wave, hair up in curlers and enjoying my coffee.
Working on email, then twitter, oh and I need to go grab my Taran podcast. Yesterday I did finish up the newsletter and sent it off to be printed and distributed.
Not sure what chores are on the list, oh yeah, I need to do a Safeway order, almost out of yogurt and pay a couple of bills.
Off to BofA site, then email and Tarn.

BofA got everything straightened out and I have the rent check info in case Carlton still doesn't show receipt. They do courtesy calls so people don't get the late charge and I got a call yesterday even tho that is when the check was supposed to get there.
AMX does so much more than I realized, I am going to see if there is a way I can pay the rent from that account so will need to see if I can set up an account.
Email and twitter done, got the dishwasher running and the yucky trash taken out.
Got the rest of the house opened up, all the windows and blinds, since it is finally fall and it feels so gooood!!!
Next up is Safeway order and then I will start the research to make another account for AMX. Oh and I have $5 Bingo tonight~!

It's Errand Day AND time to wipe off the fingerprints, the spills and the dried food that gets stuck on the stove, dishwasher and the refrigerator. Wipe down the doors, handles and surfaces.
LOL, I did clean up the kitchen, unloaded the dishwasher and I had googled cleaning the inside and it said to run it with a cup of white vinegar, so that is happening now.
My Safeway order came and I got that put away. I played bingo last night and won one game for 7pm; today is NO BINGO day, so I get to stay home and ignore my neighbors, LOL.
Today I am going to change out the "porch" decorations, time for the Halloween stuff to go up on the wall.
For now I am working on email, twitter and I am off to ride my bike.

Rode my bike for 15 minutes, I am trying to build that back into my exercise plans. Got my list together.
Dustbusted the living room / office floor where the litter fell out of the chewy box that I broke down, LOL. I also ordered a food stand for Sylvester's meals. I thought maybe it would be good since he is experiencing some arthritis, and a litter rug was on sale so I got that to put in the bathroom.
Now it's time for email and all the office stuff. Oh I did get my sample ballot so I need to start working on that.

Halloween decorations are up!! So my major priorities are complete.
Guess I will pop over to AMX to see if I can do the thing I want to do.

It's clean the car and purse day AND sweep your kitchen floor really well and then mop.
I cleaned up the kitchen while the coffee brewed, so that is done. Need to run the yucky food/trash out still but it's bagged and ready to go.
I have Service Day tomorrow so I have started a bag of things to take with me. I am taking dum-dum lollipops to hand out to anyone who wants them. The Seniors here have to have a certain number of community service hours so tomorrow we are "refreshing" the gardens at the Library. My job is to check everyone in and sign off on their paperwork so they get credit for their time. They have to do the weeding and planting, LOL.
Today I am working on my pile of mail, updating my covid basket, and doing some reorg of the closet.
Time to get to work on email, Taran, twitter, and my DayDrinking Podcast.

Rode my bike, cleared email, working on twitter and I pulled down my Covid Basket to get it organized.
Man do I have a ton of masks, LOL. I got my new covid tests so the basket it ready to go if I need it.

Saturday ... WOW, a day for gardening ...
Left the house at 8am to head to the library, swung by MickyD's for an egg mcmuffin and we were off. Got all the stuff out of the Storage Area, and set my table and chairs so I could check everyone in and collect the waivers. Then helped direct everyone what to do, every year I do this I think we should actually come with a plan so the people can follow it. And the Project Leader, my friend, says "Just plant what you want wherever you want", LOL.
It all gets done and we shut down at noon, then I sign all the kids sheets showing they put in 3 hours of community service. Some of them did the other 2 projects inside the library, cleaning some tables and cleaning the children's books. I guess they get a little sticky!
Then we went and got some burgers and fries! Got home around 3pm and was just exhausted.

I tried to do stuff but couldn't keep my eyes open so a little nap was in order, but first I feed the kitties and gave then a little love, and we all napped.
So fun and I am amazed at how tired I was even tho I didn't plant a thing! It was a ton of fun with all different ages doing the work.
As I sat in bed reading the paper and playing computer games I kept thinking ... I probably have a ton of email, LOL!!!! There are 242 ! Off to clear them and catch up on everything.

Kitchen cleaned up and trash ready to go when I head out for brunch.
Dustbusted the bathroom so it's ready for more cleanup. I have a new litter rug so I need to mop then put it down. Also need to clean the litter box but all that is after brunch.
I have several other chores on my list, so happy to get back to my normal morning routines.
Off to brunch and the Sunday paper.

Trash out, almost all the paper done - just have one more section to go.
Stopped and talked to the manager to see if I can get the Pigeon netting for my balcony. My catio netting is looking a bit raggedy and the pigeon netting will look much better. So I signed up for that.
Then we talked about a few other things, my city had passed an ordinance last year about rent increases. I had chuckled when I met with the executive director that he thought it wouldn't apply to this complex. Found out today that they have accepted the reality and rent increases will only be 2.52%. I had asked because we normally have rent increase letters on the first of October, guess they will be coming out this week.

It's Home Blessing Day and we are now in the Main Bathroom and Extra Room (guest). The mission is a 27 fling boogie in the bathroom! Get rid of those shampoos, conditioners, hair gels, etc.
So funny, I did grab an old bottle of mouthwash to get rid of before I saw the mission, LOL. I have a lot of chores for the day/week with regard to cleaning since I cancelled my Housekeeping to do service day.
I want to do a deep dive detailed cleaning in the corner of the living room where the kitty tower is, it needs to be vacc'd and I was thinking I could reeorganize the file cabinet there to hold comforters in the drawers since they are only half full. I have a modem/wireless router and all the cords in there. I can put those into a box, label it and stack it into the closet then put the comforters in.
These are the things I think of while laying in bed listening to the news, LOL.
I couldn't get the infro at Schwab I needed to set up the account at Amx, so I moved the money to BofA and I will then have AMX scoop it out. Also changed the rent payment to go to the front desk instead of the lockbox. We think that might work better. That reminds me to check and see if they got my rent that was supposed to be there on the 8th, according to BofA.
Off to deal with email, twitter and tvch.

Just checked and the rent check that was supposed to be there on the 8th still has not posted to my account!! So annoying. Guess I have to go and yell at BofA again!
Interesting that I have a survey from their Advisory Board about this subject!

It's Planning Day AND shine our tubs or showers! Plus we are going to tackle the bed in the guest room.
I got the kitchen cleaned up, the dishwasher loaded and running, then I combined a bunch of little bags of cans into the giant black hefty bag. I swear I think some people put half empty cans in their bags so that they leak all over! Most people put nice clean cans in their bags but I have a couple that are always so messy I almost throw them away.
I will be working on a 15/45 schedule today so that I can get my list done, it has a ton of little projects and a couple of big ones.
I need to ride my bike and do my lazyfit, plus I was to watch Brilliant Minds and catch up on GH.
Off to get started on email, twitter and tvch. Hopefully twitter won't be so much since BB ended!

Got the closet reorg started, now I need the step stool to finish up. Covid Basket and Brace Basket in place just need to make labels for them.
Restocked the cat food and got the Amazon package stuff put away. Finally I went to check on my rent payment and found there was a change in the comments, they said that the the payment was posted on the the 11th. Checked with the manager and she said it finally shows at Home Office!
Got thru twitter, watched Brilliant Minds and now working on finishing up email.

So I pulled the bags out of my file cabinet and found the cordless phone and answering machine (it's a really old one). I had forgotten about them. I was expecting the router/modem, LOL. So I got modem/router and phone boxed up and will label them for storage in the closet. But I don't really know what to do with the answering machine, is there someplace to recycle it?
Email done! Playing my computer games that I normally do every morning, and only now have time to play.

Went to move the file folders from the bottom drawer to the top drawer, found an important papers folder!! ACCKKK!!! and a trimline phone, hahahahahaha.
