It's good we get one game to warm up. 
You need to pick the winner and then pick how many points you want to get if you are correct.
You select the points on the right as shown in image below.
You can use each value 1 time, so you want to use higher numbers for the games you are most confidant in and smaller numbers for games where you are less sure.
Your picks will lock 5 minutes before start of each game.
In image above, My KC pick is locked at 5, but I can still
change my Philadelphia pick to 4 (or any other unused number).
Once picks are locked, they are visible to other players.
If you go to Group Picks you can see who picked what.
In image below you can see that Scooter and Weinermr did not select a confidence amount, so they will get 0 for that game, even if KC wins.
The good news is that they can pick all the other games and just use values 2-16.
They will basically "skip" the 1 point pick.
Pamy your "mistake" may earn you 16 points and the early lead.

Lance, I don't see you in the Pick'Em pool. You can still register and then joint the pool for the rest of week 1 picks.
You will just pick the last 15 games and use values 2-16.
Same goes for anyone else would wants to still join.
Even if you miss the Friday game, you will just have missed out on 3 total points and would use 3-16 for the remaining 14 picks.

at the top you will see MY PICKS AND GROUPS. hover your mouse on those words and it gives drop down menu...you will see your user name click on your user name and it will open the page to do picks

Oh now that I look again I did see the tiebreaker area, I already answered the questions and forgot about it LOL
I just guessed on those questions. I did google to see predictions for those games and then made my picks.

The 2nd tie breaker will get locked out after the first game is played, since that game could be a shutout or high scoring game and be the obvious answer to lowest or highest score.
Next week you will be able to select from a drop down.
