RN They go home any time between 4 and 6 today. I'm going to miss them, but they are already scheduled 5 days in July and 10 days in August, and any last minute things they'll be here for in between.

RN I'll be totally done with my summer backyard project later today. I can't wait to post pictures. All I have left is to finish painting. I have to keep coming in to cool off. It's so hot.

RN I'm inside on another break. I thought I would post a step 1 of my project.
First off, this project came to be because I was sick of all the dirt and mud and the dogs digging under the deck. I had buy dirt as well to fill in the dogs holes.
Step one was the only step I needed help with. Yolanda's husband helped me. We had to cut railroad ties and get them into position. They are heavy! I had to pay a couple guys working on the house across the street just to get them off the pick-up truck.
Then we had to level them.
I'll be back later with the finished project pictures. I just wanted to give an idea what I was doing.

RN It's been filled with lava rock for a couple weeks already. I was just waiting for a day I could paint. I just finished painting and now I am going to take a break, and then go take some pictures. I am dripping in sweat!
