Pizza wrapped and stored AND I got all the Fancy Feast Food put away into the new shelving!

It's HOme Blessing Day and The master bedroom, bathroom and closet. Take 15 minutes and clear out any clutter under the bed.
My toothbrush died! I had thought it was going to croak earlier this year but it revived so I had a new Sonic under the sink. I pulled it out and got it set up to charge.
Now just getting started on the rest of the day. Time for some yogurt and the newspaper.

Got the dishwasher unloaded and reloaded. now I am working on email.
I have Bingo today at 2pm and I really should get my mail, LOL. It's been days and I know I have a couple of packages.

Today is Planning day AND we cleared out under the bed yesterday, so now we are clearing out the top of the bed.
Cleaned up the kitchen and loaded up the dishwasher. I put a hook in my kitchen sink to hold the Safeway plastic bags that I use to dump the old kitty food.
And I have gathered all the addresses I need for my Errands tomorrow. I need to pick up my new glasses and I am getting a haircut so since I will be in the neighborhood I will pick up some new kitty grass as well.
for some reason I need an appointment to pick up my glasses so I am calling for that then scheduling my first lyft... I just happen to have a 10% off email so that will be nice.
Off to phone, and clear email and twitter.

Got thru email and twitter, dustbusted the bathroom litter rugs and then I wiped down the door frame. I had noticed it didn't seem as white as it used to be, LOL.
Scheduled my Lyft pickup, and then spent some time figuring out my stock stuff. I want to sell one of my stocks that I got from a takeover so I can be ready to buy chipoltle stock when they split in July.

It's Anti-Procrastination Day AND we have cleaned under the bed and on top of the bed, today we are going to take care of the left side of the bed.
I just started the coffee and while I was in there I refilled my water bottles, rearranged a couple of my lower cabinets. I needed to fine my bullet blender for my sister, but I thought I had more parts so that led to looking for them and the rearrangment, LOL.
Also found some more Kitty food, which I will have to put in the new area and I cleared some more space on my counter - the toaster went back down into a cabinet (I haven't used it in months). Refilled the paper towel holder and now that corner looks very nice instead of cluttered with cat food!
I have a 2/45 pickup today to go to get my glasses, then over to pet express for kitty grass and off to Pleasant Hill to get my haircut.
So it's a busy afternoon. For now newspaper and some yogurt.

Well that was exciting... I got a call from the front desk saying the ExcDir and Director wanted to meet with me. I had them come here because I thought it would be more private and we were going to discuss the email I sent asking for my rent to be reduced from the current level since it had been raised outside of the corporate policy.
I am happy to say I got it down $200 so I am happy. And hopefully our new "rent stabilization ordinance" will keep the increases down.
Now back to getting ready for the things I had planned for the day, LOL.

Got a great haircut and my hairdresser explained why the one side of my hair doesn't do what I want, there is a wave there that waves a different way than the other side.
Got the kitty grass and they came running when they saw it, And picked up my new glasses ... it is amazing to see so clearly again!

Back from cleaning and they feel great, had a fun conversation with my hygenist, she cracks me up.
The mission today is clean up the right side of the bed.
Since I got back I am trying to get my normal routines done. Working on email/twitter, need to ride my bike, and I want to break down my "box mountain" and get those out of the house today.
Housekeeping is on Saturday so getting rid of the boxes will be getting ahead of the game.
Back to email.

LOL, Juju, no NDA. But I won't be talking about it to others. I swear I wanted to say to them, you know if you have people who are behind on their rent you might consider the ordinance saying to rollback their rent to 4/2023, then add the 3.2% increase. It could help them get some people back on track and solve that problem.
And I have so many ideas that would help them do their jobs more appropriately but I keep reminding myself, I am retired, I can't do their job for them, LOL.
It seems like they are so knowledgeable about assisted living that they don't understand how a regular apartment would work. Of course there is more to this than a regular apartment complex but that is where they should start.
I did give them some advice regarding their Laundry Room Contract since I had to negotiate one when I was President of the condo. They had no idea what they had or what service they should be receiving since they don't have this issue in Assisted Living.
Anyway, it is fascinating to watch them in action and know they don't seem to "Corporately" understand what they are doing.

It's clean your purse and car day - get rid of all those little paper wrappers that get wadded up and dropped in your purse or on the car floor AND clean up the end of your bed ... clear the bench or chair with stuff piled up or just things piled on the floor at the end of your bed.
I did my morning clean up of the kitchen and I'm ready for my noon chinese food lunch, so now just clearing email.

Saturday!! A day to have fun ...
I have housekeeping today so I have put the kitty scratchers up on the chair and sofa, then cleared my kitchen counters (just the little stuff), coffee is brewing, cleared the bathroom counter and moved out the kitty litter accoutrements. So when she gets here I just need to move their water and litter box for everything to be ready.
Time for yogurt and the newspaper.

And I forgot, I did water the balcony plants this morning since it is supposed to get really hot. And I just noticed it really is feeling a lot hotter out there now.
Refreshed the kitty water and put another bowl out on the balcony for them as well.

Home Blessing Day AND we have moved to the living room and family room. Time for sofa and chair diving -- remove the cushions from your sofas and chairs and start digging for the things that magically disappear in there.
I need to do my usual dustbust around the litter boxes, I already got the dishwasher unloaded and reloaded.

Got my Safeway order done, they have changed their delivery fees, the cheapest same day is $5.95, but I can still get $3.95 by having it tomorrow morning, which was my preference anyway.
Now working on email/twitter and games. Then I have Bingo at 2pm and I need to make a decision about dinner.

It's planning Day - figure out all the stuff you should run around and do on Thursday AND really take a look at the knick-knacks and decorative items that you have in the living room. Could you declutter any of these? Spend some time and declutter the living room.
I have a list to work on, some leftover from yesterday. Just watered the outside plants need to do the inside as well.
But first some yogurt and the newspaper.

Safeway delivered and I got it all put away. Got everything put away and didn't get any odd substitutions.
Working on email and once I am done with this I will get on with my chores. Just have bingo tonight at 7pm.
