12,500 acres burned, 15% contained, 2 firefighters injured - minor to moderate will recover and the winds have some down some!
The Corral Fire began burning Saturday near the city of Tracy, 60 miles (96 kilometers) east of San Francisco, and the Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory in the city of Livermore.

Corral Fire is 75% contained but DARNIT, someone set fire to another building under construction. (I think it's a construction worker who doesn't want the jobs to end since we have had so many under construction building fires)

Pretty brutal weather here today in San Antonio. 101F on our patio in the shade. Because of the humidity the apparent temperature was around 114F. Very unusual for this time of year with ambient temps about 10 degrees above normal for this time of year.

Another really hot day yesterday with ambient temperature of 103F at the airport and 102F on our patio. The “feels like” temperature was 114F at the airport and 110F on our patio. Actually broke the record of 100F for the day set back in 1916. Forecast today is 100F with a break coming next week when we supposedly get back to low 90s and less humidity.

#CrystalFire UPDATE: The fire is 65% contained and remains at approximately 60 acres. Overnight we will have 20 fire engines, 1 crew & 4 water tenders assigned to continue strengthening containment lines. CAL FIRE Law Enforcement was on scene and is investigating the cause.

A grass fire that started on Saturday morning in Alameda County was about 65% contained as it grew to 44 acres as of Cal Fire's last update at 3 p.m.
