Obviously, nobody else knows what's going on with the ACP either. It was supposed to end this month. Maybe they are waiting?

Hecka, I just stumbled upon an article on Threads about ACP. I never knew about it before you mentioned it. The article says it ends abruptly tomorrow. Speaker Mike Johnson refuses to bring the bill to the floor to vote on extending it. Here's the link. Why millions of Americans may lose internet access tomorrow

Karuuna! I found the setting for voice text! While the keyboard is showing on a text, click the gear icon to go to settings. Scroll down to "Voice input", and choose "Google Voice Typing". All fixed to type the punctuation! WOO HOO!

I have a question. I was reading an e-mail and I was enlarging it with my fingers. All of a sudden the page got huge, really huge. How can I shrink it back? Fingers didn't work. Thank you in advance.

It depends on what kind of device you were using. You can try just double clicking on the Email if a computer. Or you can quit the Email program, and then open it back up and it should be normal. Another option is using command and the minus key, or on a PC it is control and the minus key. Hope that helps.

Hi Karuuna I tried, and nothing happened. When I hit "new message' it goes to 'new message' but it is giant sized and only part of the page fit in. I didn't know how to quit the e-mail program. I am sorry to be a pest.

I meant "new mail" not "new message".

I wish I could help you, but would need more information. Are you on a desktop? Phone? Ipad?

Is it only the email program that is enlarged or is it all the programs?

Grooch has the answer I was going to give you. If it’s the entire computer, then you’d go into the system area.

Dipo, presume you already turned everything off and unplugged it and let it all sit for about fifteen minutes, and then restarted everything?

So Computer Man was the actual owner, Eric, who is an old guy. But his normal housecall guy, Kurt is on vacation so he is covering, LOL. He was getting very frustrated, thought it might be as simple as the cord connecting the printer to the laptop, I can't do wifi since is it not "stable" enough. Anyway he got a new cord from his truck, he also informed me that I had it plugged into the phone line. I did that yesterday, replugged it into the wrong port. But the real problem was that when he went to download the printer software because my laptop couldn't detect the printer, it was saying my laptop was Windows 10!! I have Windows 11, it came that way. Once he figured that out, everything went easy! Now I can print and scan, so happy! He did say they don't even install 11 on the computers they sell. Want all the "craziness" of the menus and everything to be worked out before they start installing it. So everything is back to normal now!

Yay, Dipo! Windows keeps trying to get me to update to 11, and I keep refusing. So annoying!

Not all can. My Dell is about 10 years old. It updated from 7 to 10, but will not update to 11. It’s working fine, so I can still use it for a number of years until I have to replace it.

Dogdoc, that would be preferable to the weekly attempts to get me to upgrade! My PC is only used for one purpose, to print out postage labels for my business. That's it! Since I am slowly discontinuing my business there's no need for me to upgrade, since even security updates seem to screw it up and then I'm unable to use it until a new update to fix the security update is sent to me! It's so frustrating!
