RN I just couldn't believe it took her 5 months to tell me! LOL
RN And of course Mr. Handsome waits until 10:00 PM last night to tell me he wants to bring Aurora today for daycare. I really didn't feel like wearing make-up today! LOL

RN This giant thing next to Dolly was just dropped off. His name is Maverick! It's almost impossible to keep that storm door clean with all these dogs.

RN Yes, he's big. Labradoodle my ass! Seriously I think he's half lab/ half rottweiler.
The cute thing about him, is he doesn't tear up toys. I love it! He squeaks them and throws them around. Maybe play a little tug.

That for sure is not a labradoodle. I’ll say for certain half lab and the other half could be shepard or rottweiler.

I think there is some german shepherd in there too. There is on "oodle" and from the side, I'd say no Great Dane because the body type is different.
He looks healthy.. nice shiny coat.
And think about it.. he could care less what he is beyond just being a dog.
Big contrast with Milo the cockapoo!

RN Ms Sonic wasn't really sleeping. She had been up already and called for Patsy and Dolly, not realizing how many dogs would come running to her. LOL

RN My mom STILL hasn't gotten her card in Florida yet. I mailed it on Friday, May 3. A week early so for sure she would get it in time
RN Today is going to be a crazy day. Between 11 AM and 5 PM, I will have a total of 6 dogs here, including my own. I already have 2 here that have been spending the night, and 2 are coming for daycare at 11.
The 2 here now are Mabel the big doberman and BamBam the wild beast that won't stop playing.

That's a lot of dogs! I know the prospective boarders meet your dogs before boarding, but how do you handle adding new client dogs to client dogs that are already there? That would worry me!

Rylee and Sky are here!
Kar, I have a gate between the kitchen and living room. I let them meet each through it one at a time. Plus, I only do this with dogs that I know the owners have socialized them well like going to dog parks or other doggie daycare. They are all doing fine so far, but I'm still keeping them in 2 groups of 3. Yolanda just left, but when she was here we had all 6 in the yard running around and everyone was getting along. She won't be back for a couple hours so at least until then I'm keeping them in their groups of 3 just for safety. 3 outside while 3 are in.
eta Rylee and Sky are only here for daycare while their owner throws a graduation party.

RN Plus, these dogs are all so nice that I don't have to do the complicated switch. I can just let a couple out while a couple go right past them coming in.

RN OMG, Ms Sonic is terrific! I have been so blessed.
I try to schedule meet and greets with new dogs when I don't have other dogs here. But lately that's been impossible with how busy I have been. So she actually takes any dog or dogs into her room and plays with them until my meet and greet is over.
She has 4 dogs at home and several cats, as well as rabbits, and she misses them all dearly. When I have a house full of dogs, she always says it feels like home. LOL
