LOL, I thought so too, but we are having a little upheaval in the kitchen. Our Chef had twins and is out on paternity leave, so the Associate chef has taken over. My guess is he wasn't in on the ordering of supplies and is trying to figure out what to make with what he has while the next order comes.
Of course I may get down to dinner and find they have substituted rice, LOL.
