Tome pumpkin - which we have mostly in pie in the south - tastes similar to acorn or butternut squashes.

I enjoyed the pumpkin mash, it doesn't replace regular mashed but was tasty and the chicken was excellent.

Tonight ... Shrimp Ceviche -- Shrimp, red onions, cilantro, tomatoes, cucumbers and lime juice
OR Carnitas -- shredded pork served with refried beans and spanish rice.
Cannoli for dessert.
