Big "TEX" Burger -- Beef Patty, topped with Bacon, Onion, BBQ Sauce & American Cheese, served with Chips
OR
Butternut Risotto -- Creamy spinach risotto topped with Roasted Butternut Squash, toasted pumpkin Seeds, finished with Parmesan Cheese.
Butterscotch Pudding for dessert.

Tntitanfan, he did make a good friend, but then her family pulled her out of here because she had a house she could live in.
So I always eat at the same time each day but people are pretty set in where they sit and who they sit with.
I usually sit at a two person table where I enjoyed reading my book. I usually eat with Slav, but sometimes now Mark sits with me if Slav doesn't come down, and I read my book if neither is around.

After about 60 years of a breakfast here and there - mostly on wacations - I am very much enjoying my new retirement community where it has become a facorite meal!

Yesterday ... Chicken Mole -- chicken with mole sauce over spanish rice and beans, Sour cream on top OR
Carne Asada -- Beef, Cheese, Rice and Beans wrapped in a large tortilla with a side of salsa.
Pie for Dessert.

So it was Vegetable Lasagna yesterday not chili, the menu was wrong, LOL.
I still had the tri-tip with a half baked potato, it was cheesecake for dessert and it was all fabulous.
