Tonight ... Beef Stroganoff - slow cooked beef in a mushroom sauce, served over egg noodle pasta and topped with sour cream and parsley. Side Dinner Roll.
Louisiana Jambalaya ... Cajun Style Chicken and Spicy Sausage cooked with Rice, Peppers and Onions.
Chef's Choice for dessert.

Last night .... Seared Medallions -- thick sliced seared pork served over creamy garlic & Chive polenta, topped with reduction sauce served with green beans.
OR
Pizza Pasta -- pasta with red sauce, pepperoni, sausage and veggies.
German Chocolate Cake for dessert.

I don't care for either of these options but I tried the pasta and set the pepperoni to the side, and then I had a side dish of green beans that were fabulous!!

Tonight ... Shrimp Ceviche -- shrimp, cucumber, red onions, tomatoes, lime juice and cilantro
OR
Big Green Enchilada .. cheese and green enchilada sauce layered, baked and then topped with corn pico del gallo and sour cream.

OR
Tex-Mex Veggie Chili toped with fried tortilla strips, sour cream, cheddar cheese and cilatro, served with cornbread.

I had the steak, it was yummy, just wish the potato had been a russet instead of sweet potato I would have one on the side.
