Pollo Fiesta Salad - Lemon pepper chicken, pinto beans, spanish rice, lettuce and pico de gallo in a tostada bowl topped with sour cream
OR
Super Beef Wet Burrito -- Beef, rice, refired beans, cheese wrapped then topped with Red Chili sauce, pico de gallo & sour cream
Custard Pie for dessert.

I want the Pollo Fiesta Salad because it's so hot where I am today and it sounds more refreshing.
(And the word "wet" should not be used with Burrito)

LOL, I had half and half, but it turned out to be and entire tostado and 3/4 of a burrito. Needless to say I have leftovers in my fridge.
Both were very good. I think they call it "wet" because they pour some enchilada sauce over the top.

Chicken cordon bleu - breaded chicken breast with ham and cheese, topped with a cream sauce
OR
Classic Meatloaf
Both served with garlic and herb mashed potatoes, gravy (for the meatloaf) ad roasted mix veggies.
Triple Berry Crumble for dessert.

I can't imagine mashed potatoes with chicken cordon blue. These people are getting lackasidasical (sp)

I ordered Chinese delivery for dinner. Beef Egg Foo Young, beef chop suey, eggs rolls, and an Orange Crush. I didn't even get diet soda because I am treating myself!
This will last me all weekend.
