Orange Chicken -- boneless skinless chicken breast cut into bite-size pieces, served with white rice and mixed vegetables.
OR
Pork Potstickers -- steamed dumplings filled with juicy pork and cabbage filling, served with white rice and mixed vegetables.
Triple Berry Crumble for dessert.

LOL, only Grilled Cheese this week.
The pot stickers were quite good and I got some extra rice so I can nuke it tomorrow morning with some butter and sugar. Haven't had that in millions of years.

Always love grilled cheese!
Tonight I made a new-to-us, super easy Gochujang Butter noodle dish that we topped w/roasted veggies from our CSA. The noodles will definitely be made again, but the next time I roast fennel, I will NOT do it w/other veggies so I can make sure it's actually done. I've never roasted it before, so I wasn't sure what to look for. Whatever I saw was NOT it! LOL

Oaur Thursday night dinner was a LUAU!! We had huli huli chicken, sweet and sour meatballs, and a whole roast pig! Sides were various salads and fruit plates.
The chef that was up all night roasting the pig said they were on first name basis by morning!!!
The Tiki bar had mai tai's, Blue Hawaiians, and rum and coke. Dessert was ;banana bread, cupcakes with pineapple/cocoanut frosting, and Hawaiiian shaved ice cups from a food truck out front!!

Last night ... citrus-glazed Salmon -- topped with a sweet orange cilantro glaze served with rosemary rice and roasted squash.
OR
Peppered Pork Loin --- in a garlic gravy served over rosemary rice and roasted squash.
Banana Cream Pie for dessert.

I had a late lunch and snacks at the Moose lodge while I played bingo.
I am going to have a dilemma on Monday ... BBQ Ribs or a Carlton Dog!! I love them both, LOL

I think I would have done the ribs, but it's a tough choice, maybe just the the cheesy macaroni casserole.

OR
Tofu Teriyaki Bowl - tofu, served over rice, steamed broccoli carrots, drizzled with teriyaki glaze and topped with Sesame Seed and green onions.
