The Bay Area is about to get hit with some extreme heat, with temperatures near 110 degrees forecasted in some locations. The heat is expected to hit other parts of California, with the hottest location set to hit about 130 degrees.

There is an excessive heat warning with some areas going over 100 but for here they are saying only 96 for today.
