Strawberry Jello Parfait w/whipped cream and blueberries for dessert.
Hurricanes are the special drink plus they will have beer and wine.

We had our Fourth of July cook-out at noon. Barbecued spare ribs, hangurger/cheeseburgers, or hot cogs with potato salad, pasta salad, baked beans, tomato wedges, slaw with desserts of a variety of ice creams and watermelon. I had the ribs, potato salad, and watermelon.
For supper I had butternut squash soup, acheeseburger, and tiramisu.

LOL, I had leftover 4th of July foods but others had
Roasted Pork Loin - thinly sliced marinated pork loin with butter herb sauce, served over creamy cauliflower risotto
OR
Beef Bourguignon -- French Classic Style Beef stew cooked with fresh herbs, tomatoes, red wine, carrots, potatoes and mushrooms.
Dessert is Chef's Choice.

Tonight ... Mamma Mia Lasagna -- tomato basil sauce layered with pasta, spinach, cheese and baked until golden delicious
OR
Open Flame Chicken - grilled lemon pepper chicken served with roast potatoes and buttery corn.
Triple berry crumble for dessert.

I had the stuffed pepper but I scooped it out of the green bell pepper since they had a tendency to give me heartburn. It was very good that way and the pie was yummy.
