Thursday - Hearty Beef Stew - beef cubes slow cooked with herbs, potatoes and carrots
OR
Italia Turkey Lasagna -- turkey, sliced tomato, cheese with garlic red sauce baked.
Cannoli for dessert.
I skipped this one because I had so many leftovers in the fridge.

Friday -- Poached Lemon Tilapia with creamy risotto and grilled asparagus
OR
Chicken Pot Pie Casserole -- chicken, potatoes, carrots, peas and mushrooms slow cooked with herbs and topped with a baked buttery biscuit.
Carrot cake for dessert.
I skipped dinner because I had dinner at the Moose Lodge BUT I asked for 2 pieces of carrot cake which I picked up when I returned from bingo, LOL.

I had the chicken, which was good but it was served with couscous, which I don't really care for. I was looking forward to the pasta, LOL.
I think the casserole would have been better, everyone at my table loved it.
And the cake was fabulous!

It should have been called giant meatball w/spaghetti, LOL. The meatball was excellent really well seasoned and light.
And the pudding was so good!!!

OR
Super Quesadilla - Garlic spread, roasted mixed veggies and cheese on a flour tortilla, served with refried beans and arroz mexicano.
Dessert is a mystery, LOL.

ACCK.... Ground Beef Kabobs -- well seasoned ground beef and shredded carrots on a skewer, grilled, served with roasted potatoes and coleslaw
OR
Carlton's Crab Burger - breaded crab burger with lemon aioli, topped with House made Coleslaw and Roasted potatoes.

I got the special Roast Beef Sandwich and it was really excellent. The carmelized onions were so good with the roast beef and horseradish mayo!!

I had the Shepherd's Pie, it was excellent with a side of the spinach, also excellent and carrot cake, so yummy!!!
The Tilapia was very good as well, according to my dinnermates.
