I had a busy day planned but the winds triggered a headache and after I did my zoom exercise class, there was a break in the rain (actual blue skies), I just didn't want to head out for a lecture at 1:40pm, and another in a different location at 4pm. Had not slept well, so I took a rather long nap. The rain had returned and there is still wind.

The rain has stopped for us in Northern California, might still be going on down South. Unfortunately we had 2 deaths from falling trees, a few landslides and a sofa blew off the top of one of the San Francisco Highrise's.
Skies are gray and hazy but the sun is trying to break thru, currently 54 going up to 56, LOL.
Oh and there is no wind at all.

Oh last night the rain and wind ramped up, there were tornado warnings not far away, as waterspouts offshore can come onshore. We had some really hard stuff.
Right now it is sunny and breezy and I hope hope hope that will last until AFTER my singing zoom, so I can race over to grocery shop as I'm out of most everything at this point. I won't starve or anything, but.. we are supposed to have more rain. Supposedly Friday will be dry and I hope that is the case, as I have my 3 week post second cataract surgery that day and if weather permits, I park about 3/4 mile away and get in a nice walk to the ophthalmologist's office, rather than using the parking garage. So far I've avoided that garage for every visit.
And then they say there is another storm that will come in next week.

at Lefty O’Doule Bridge near Oracle Park. The historic 90 year old bridge took a huge hit by three barges which became unmoored during our huge storm on Tuesday! The damage is limiting foot traffic as well as the bike lane!
