Gray and foggy. WE had rain overnight, since I can see stuff is wet.
It's currently 56 and that might be the high. We have a High Wind and Flood Watch.
A levee broke down in Monterrey county forcing evacuations and there may be a flooding problem up north as well.

Generally it has been hazy and gray but for just this moment the Sun is peaking thru a bit. Temps going up to 65, LOL - its a heatwave.
Another Atmospheric River is expected to hit tonight causing more flooding, we are under a flood watch and several rivers are very close to breeching.
We are under a high wind warming - it is pretty breezy here and
