Sausage or Shredded Chicken with Peppers and Onions .. strawberry cake for dessert.
I had the sausage, was very good, and the cake was scrumptious!!

Pasta Primavera or Beef Stew; Cannoli's for dessert.
I took the beef stew which was excellent and served over mashed potatoes. That was a surprise, I was expecting it in a bowl, LOL.

Tonight was Pork chops with country gravy, carrots and sauteed spinach OR Chicken Pot Pie. Cheesecake with carmel sauce for dessert.
I had the Chicken Pot Pie which was fabulous. It wasn't in a pot, but was all the ingredients with the crispy, flakiest piece of crust across the top... superb. Plus I had some sauteed spinach on the side, I love their sautéed spinach.
Cheesecake was good too

Meatloaf or Cod w/lemon dressing both served with mashed potatoes and mixed veggies.
One of my favorite meals, I had the meatloaf. I love meatloaf and it just isn't the same when you make it for yourself. It was excellent.
And Chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream.... loved it too.

Baked Pasta or Ham w/buttered barley and green beans. The pasta looked good but I have never cared for baked pasta.
Berry crumble w/vanilla ice cream for dessert.
I had the ham, they gave me 4 slices so I brought 2 home for a sandwich, LOL. It was quite good, I even enjoyed the barley, and, of course, loved the green beans.
Dessert was great too!

Chicken Parm or Pork Loin with rice and sauteed carrots. Strawberry cake for dessert.
I had the Pork Loin with a baked potato. I am not a fan of the pork loin and tonight it was sort of dry. But I loved my baked potato, LOL.
And cake was excellent.

Ok .... it was Chinese Food Day .... I am surprised they even attempt it with all the legit Asian residents here.
It was Honey Walnut shrimp or Sweet and Sour Pork with noodle salad and veggies; and a fortune cookie.
Tapioca was the dessert.
I had the shrimp, it was tasty but nothing to write home about. I do enjoy the noodle salad and veggies. Dessert was ok, just a little sweet.

Tonight was Cheese Enchilada or Chicken Fajitas with corn salad and Mexican rice.
Wonderful Chocolate Eclairs for dessert.
I had the Fajitas, but they don't come with tortillas, still very good.
and dessert was yummy.

Chicken Pesto w/ cheese polenta and green beans or Beef Lasagna ... Cheesecake w/berry compote
I had the Lasagna, excellent, and a side of green beans, also excellent.
And cheesecake was great.

No dinner for me ... Was in Sacramento at the Capitol Garage, had some excellent fried cauliflower and oyster mushrooms; a hamburger and fries with margaritas and water .
Strawberry shortcake and Chocolate Mousse for dessert.
All was fabulous.

Fish Veracruz with rice and veggies or Veggie Pasta. Strawberry Cake for Dessert.
I had the Veggie Pasta which was excellent, I loved all the different veggies and it had a cream sauce, one of my fav's. and I love the strawberry cake, LOL.

Tried a new recipe tonight - creamy leek pasta. Took two recipes as guidance then did my own thing. Added mushrooms, sweet onion in place of a shallot I didn't have, used both Asiago cheese and Nooch, as well as a combo of heavy cream and oatmilk. It was delicious! Think alfredo with some extra yumminess added.

Extra Yummy ... Cornbread w/ chili !! They make the cornbread and add corn, so yummy.
Other option was Pulled Pork sandwich with coleslaw and corn on the cob.
I got a corn on the cob and extra cornbread with my chili, LOL.
Tapioca w/whipped cream for dessert.

Peach Cobbler with ice cream for dessert.
I had the Fried Chicken which was pretty good considering they don't have a fryer, LOL. So really it was just breaded chicken with gravy.
It was a good meal, nothing special.

Excellent dinner .... Spagetthi with Meatballs ... so good and way too much food, so I brought half of it home.
Other option was chicken with scalloped potatoes and something else.
I got a side of the scalloped potatoes... I love them, and have been unsuccessful making them at home.
There were fantastic!! I sent my compliments to Chef Danny.
Cheesecake was great for dessert.
