Ok, LOL, Happy Hour was definitely old people happy hour. They have a singer who is entertaining with songs from my parents era, he is actually pretty good.
Serving cheese / salami /crackers and wine / sodas.
I had the Chardonnay and it didn't taste as bad, maybe it was the combo with the cheese / salami.

Dipo, what chardonnay do they serve there? I always thought I didn't like chardonnay, but now that I have gone to drinking mostly white wines, I have ventured back into trying chardonnays, and some of them are not bad.

Dipo, just eggs or Just Eggs? Just Eggs is a brand name for a vegan egg substitute, and we have just had some early to mid 20's newlywed Vegan relatives move near us, and are just getting to know them. The wife is my grand/great niece, and we have not had nearby relatives for around 50 years. My grand/great niece loves Just Eggs, per Facebook posts.
We have NO children, therefore NO grandchildren, so this daughter of my niece moving close to us, is sort of a big thing.
So, if you know or could find out, whether you had real or vegan Just Eggs, and liked them, I would appreciate knowing.
Everybody else also feel free to answer, as is the custom here at TVCH.

It was brunch day ... pancakes ala foster or ham/cheese fritatta and watermelon slice.
I went for the pancakes, LOL, they were yummy.

Mimosas!!!! I was so surprised, LOL. Choice of scrambled eggs with ham, sausage, mushrooms, cheese served with fruit (yummy watermelon and cantaloupe) and tater tots OR biscuits and gravy.
I had the scramble but asked for a biscuit on the side. I wanted to see if they were good and it was excellent.
Very yummy Father's Day brunch.

4th of July ... Grilled chicken / cheeseburger / potato salad / mac/cheese / fruit salad - yummy melons.
Everything was really good! I have left overs for a snack later.

Yummy brunch ... just eggs / sausage / toast and I tried a side of the alternate... pesto salad. It was pretty good ... tortellini's, feta cheese, salami, red onions, and some greens.

Brunch was good, not great, nothing special.
Bananas Foster French Toast or Ham/Cheese Frittata w/Fresh Fruit.
I had half of each, too much cheese on the fritata, but everything was fine.

Lovely brunch ... egg salad sandwich on croissant, it was huge!!
Or corned beef hash with scrambled eggs.
I had the corned beef and asked for a side scoop of the egg salad.
Both were excellent!! I did pass on the butterscotch pudding or jello for dessert.

Sunday Brunch ... Smoked Salmon on pita bread with cream cheese or Ham , fried potatoes with asparagus.
Fruit cup for dessert AND Mimosa's!!
I had the ham which was excellent and I got so much I brought some home for a ham sandwich later today, LOL.
