So weird, there is supposedly only a 1% chance of rain today but it really smells like rain and it feels damp out, plus it feels cold. Off to get a sweater.

There will not be a lot of moisture with developing system Sunday into Tuesday but there will significant cold air & lift. Longer days, higher sun angle = possible scattered showers, thunderstorms with hail. Well below normal highs & windy.

Once again it is chilly willy, and I have moved back into wintry clothes, LOL. I saw some news reports of people up in Tahoe who were running around in shorts and flipflops being surprised when all of a sudden it was cold and snowing.
It's a little hazy but there is sunshine peaking thru, a little breeze and temps are only going up to 60.

Best thing about the late season snow? You can see the bear prints in your driveway. Good thing we’ve been keeping the van doors locked and maintain vigilance to never leave food or any scented product in the car.

Over a dozen homes destroyed, so far, in Laguna Niguel, Orange County, CA, not all that far to the south and east of me .. Yes, Coronado Point. And these are homes with brush clearance and tile roofs but the winds are just crazy, and they are cool onshore winds. Hot desert winds would be worse, even.
