Well, I still remember a childhood incident. I was in the bathroom and picked up my toothbrush to brush my teeth. My sister was there and said "Oh, is that YOUR toothbrush. That's the one I use to clean my combs."

I'm only asking this again because mine have changed a bit over the past few years. Which holiday movies will you go out of your way to watch this year? (Other than the staples like Scrooge movies and It's a wonderful Life)

The ones I go out of my way to find have changed significantly. 1. Dolly Parton's Coat of Many Colors (2015) 2. Dolly Parton's Christmas of Many Colors: Circle of Love (2016) 3. Grumpy Old Men (1993) 4. Surviving Christmas (2004) 5. The movie we first met The Waltons.... The Homecoming: A Christmas Story (1971)

Jim Carrey's How the Grinch Stole Christmas. It's a Christmas tradition I have with my niece (sis' youngest girl) that started when she was three months old, though that first year she just set in my lap while I watched it, lol. We pick a night during December, get into our Grinch jammies, watch the movie and munchie on snacks and hot chocolate for her and tea for me. While we tend to watch a lot of Christmas movies in December, Grinch is the only one I actually plan for.

None planned. The Call the Midwife Christmas episodes are at the top of my list. I have a friend who does not watch Christmas movies but discovered that her husband secretly is addicted to them.. And they are Jewish and actively so. I found a listing for a Hallmark Christmas movie with a rabbi in the title and she passed that along to him. I do love Dolly Parton, so, maybe...

None really, I just watch so many Christmas movies and not with all the new channels that have picked up the torch, there are just too many!! I don't have a favorite that I make sure I see each year.

Very rarely watch a TV movie - I'd much rather read!

We watch a lot of Christmas movies, including some Hallmark ones. Quite a few of the ones we like have been mentioned already. Elf and The Holiday are mainstays, along with Christmas Vacation.

Love Actually, Elf and all the Home Alones (way too many times because my kids love them). Another one I hope to see, and haven't seen forever, perhaps not considered by others as a Christmas movie - Once Around with Richard Dreyfuss and Holly Hunter

Seamonkey, Peacock is really NBC on-demand and it has a free tier and pay tiers. Dolly's 2 movies are free https://www.peacocktv.com/watch-online/movies/dolly-partons-coat-of-many-colors/a7e67ec8-f22f-3100-8c8d-ea7bef542ce6 https://www.peacocktv.com/watch-online/movies/dolly-partons-christmas-of-many-colors-circle-of-love/858df0de-c728-3ada-a376-aabe176cfc49

Elf for sure. And Nightmare Before Christmas. Year without a Santa Claus -- not a movie but a Christmas must. I don't watch a lot of christmas movies, but those classic puppet shows like Rudolph are things I try to watch every year.

White Christmas with Bing Crosby, Danny Kaye, Rosemary Clooney, and Vera Ellen. Rarely a Christmas season goes by that we don’t catch it on TV and I think we even have a DVD or Blu-ray of it.

Mack, that's DH's favourite Christmas movie. And Holiday Inn. We usually watch it together.
